I started the stretching a couple of weeks ago. It has helped. Will do the weight soon.

My husband does the first few daily but I will show him the weighted stretches. He’s a musician and he worked heavy machinery for years on a demolition crew so he has wrist discomfort.

Thanks bro, I torque dozens of bolts over 300ftlbs nearly every day at work and my wrists are a mess. I hope this helps 🤞

Hi. I'm taking a sign language class this fall in which arm hand wrist and finger dexterity will be helpful. From years of playing guitar, wood carving, artwork and football injuries my hands and wrist are very stiff. My right hand is a bit better but when I go to make a number three on the left hand I can barely separate my ring finger from pinky. Do you have any exercises? I may seek occupational therapy referral from my primary care physician. All your other videos for back hips and pelvis have been awesome!!!

Some wrist ‘pain’ is referred from subscapularis muscle under the shoulder blade. Too much internal rotation activates a trigger point. Stretching and pressure points may deactivate that.

Interesting! Any stretches in particular you suggest? I've always had pretty messed up shoulders but only recently had wrist pain so maybe that's what's going on.
