Im 22 and been going to the gym, always had trouble with every exercise i woukd feel tension throughout my whole upper body, when i walk i even feel assymetrical and my right leg dragging itself and not really stepping. Standing or lying down, if I look at my navel, it is tilted to the right. If I look in front of a mirror, it's the same. My whole belly is to the right. After a time of heavy work in construction (years), I lost about 3 cms of height and I am in this situation. The back pain is terrible. Any advice? Yo not in pain but i do always s lean against the window while driving (I'm a delivery driver) needed this and something for the shoulder blade because I'm always sore in that area as if I have a pinched nerve or just sheer muscle soreness like right underneath the scapula like inside it

These are not best exercises for Uneven hips. Rotated pelvis to the right and lateral pelvic tilt require far more complex movements in pelvic area in order to fix imbalances. Its not just a muscle problem, its also neurological. When you watch Connor Harris,Alexander PRI and Chaplin performance channels than these type of videos feel like a steroid guy trying to sell workout plans to desperate fat people.
Question: If you notice that the mobility exercise results in better pelvic alignment when doing on one particular side, should you continue to only do the mobility exercise on the one side? Or do both? Thanks so much for these videos!
Thanks! My issue was VERY major. My internal organs and spine had and back muscles had "morphed" and shifted. Avoided visiting the doctor as I am a broke teen. Was a very major issue, also had caused me some nervous system damage probably, but this, in just 4 times of doing it(with a decent amount of force) fixed my issue largely. (I am taking pauses as now I feel a bit nauseated, probably due to the organs and nerves shifts.(Underestimated the effect.) Really really thanks ❤
Keep it safe, don't over do it, anti inflammatory diet, sun, grounding, light dinner, no junk food, keep weight off, water before breakfast, soft exercises, deep breathing, journal, pray. God bless you, kiddo. Remember God has the last say and everything is possible with him.

Approximately how long should this take (weeks-months) to fully correct uneven hips? I was going to the chiropractor every week for months and didn't feel much for results. I know they're uneven due to x-rays being done, so I'm curious how long this should take. I know results may be different for everyone
I wish someone would do videos for people that have had back fusions. Over 40 years I have had 3 I have chronic SI dysfunction pelvis rotates, tilts and and none of this helps move my S.I joints as the jam now. See chiropractor twice a week. Complicated now by sciatica on left side. Only able to walk in a pool forty minutes about three times a week now if i'm lucky.
i have scoliosis, i guess my spin is all curvy and what not. but i also have a twist in my lower spine (i’m guessing it’s because of the scoliosis) i guess it makes my hips not even ? should i be doing this video or something else ? haha.
I have a tilted/misaligned pelvis. If I've looked correctly in the mirror, my pelvis tilts to the right. I also have scoliosis, IBS, sensations in my knees, etc. Will these exercises correct scoliosis as well? How many times should these exercises be done each day? I m a right leg prosthetic person.. I do notice a disalignnment in my pelvic area . Once I got my x-ray done, it showed that thigh bone is displaced and no more fits the acetabulam.. so tell me can I also do these exercises?? I mean, r they going to work for me?
I can't find any movement with the first exercise getting my right hip to come down/ left hip up. But the strengthening exercises showed a clear weakness on the right side too.
