Strangulation and waterwalking are both technically already in game, there are potions of waterwalking, and azhidals boots, and strangulation is a vampire lord ability
There is a new mod that just came out on nexus (forgot the name) but its got both of those spells and better(like a spell that stops time known as master the Space-time continuum)
The mod The *Tools of Kagrenac* is underrated because before you can start the quest mod, you have to have completed Arniel’s Endeavor quest, because you need that Keening dagger thing. That is the sole reason why it could be a sort of deal breaker for mod users, because that quest sucks, and is tedious. I don't think I ever completed that errand boy quest more than once.
Rocket magic is lore friendly, when wondering the island of Solstiem, you can come across a wizard that shouts about how he has, “figures it out,” after which casting a master spell where he fires up into the air. On his corpse you can find a journal about how he wanted to fly with the birds. However he may have achieved this, he didn’t really think about the landing...

Phoebe J I like the bandolier something mod, poison vial belts, book satchels etc all adding carry weight Not exactly underrated though it's fairly popular
Another crimially underrated mod you need to show of is "Dragon real shout". It makes the dragons in Skyrim use shouts like: Disarm, Dismay, ice form, unrelenting force and soul tear for legendary and revered dragons, all completely voiced since this was what bethesda originally intended for the dragons, yet in the end decided to cut from the game. Such a shame since the mod works perfectly and makes dragon combat really fun and challenging! Here's the link you're welcome www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12053
I burst a blood vain at that one Ayleid Dungeon... Ayleid Archers one-shotting me in the darkness, Twisted Maze-like chambers, and the pressure plate puzzle.. Oh that DAMNED PRESSURE PLATE PUZZLE.
I think the maids 2 quest mod is underrated it’s literally one of the biggest quest mods for skyrim and I can see why some may not like it but that mod had a lot blood sweat and tears put into it and should be talked about more.
Brett Boyd Wasn't a fan of it at all personally, not because of the focus on overly-sexual content though (as I assume most people think), but I just utterly disliked its story and direction, and as far as I can remember the pacing and all the goddamn irrelevant stuff that it entailed dulled it so much. The way it centred itself around all that nonsense with the Dwemer and the Daedra was all so unnecessary and simply took away from, well, those actual "Maids" or whatever they were supposed to be. The author tried making the story too ambitious and it just ended up being convoluted. Can't argue against all the work and effort put behind it though, places like the Euphoria Palace or that Dwemer island on the Sea of Ghosts could have easily been mods themselves.
RADU SOCOL yeah I’ve personally gone back and forth on the mod as my own opinion on it and just think mod authors in general deserve to be celebrated and appreciated because the more encouragement they get for their work they may get encouraged to do other projects or join bigger projects that brings wonderful content to enjoy for fans of the elder scrolls series

That wild life one sounded quite good. I'm always for making the world more immersive, and having pack animals work in packs, predators stalking mostly at night, and animals recognizing me as a threat they really shouldn't take on unless they are directly threatened rather than every last decrepit mongrel going kamikaze on me definitely scratches that particular itch. Thanks for letting me know about it.

Afterlife has given me some good challenges considering I play with the Bigger and Badder Lich King mod, and Frostmourne has Soul Trap as it's enchantment. True to the spirit of the Lich King, I have been killing hundreds of NPCs in short times to make sure I can collect the highest possible bounty in all the 9 realms as well as Solstheim. So you can imagine those times I do visit the soul cairne and encounter the glitch with npc's attacking me, I am in for one hell of a fight. Which is actually a lot of fun, really gives me the ability to test myself against entire armies and see how good I balance combat and necromantic conjuration.
I use the mead keg backpack in my LP. It's excellent. Fits my wine/mead-swilling character perfectly. I'm pretty sure that I have Afterlife installed, too.
The Boethiah quest is a great one, but the modders can't really take the credit for the tournament - it's just recreating Boethiah's quest from Oblivion. Nice that they took the time to make it for Skyrim though!
