    Ingredients
    1/2 kg of fresh Hibiscus/ Roselle
    1 tsp of salt
    1 cup of brown sugar
    3.5 litre of water

    Although we use the leaves a lot I was not aware that the flowers are used too..Thank you for this. I will definitely try this

    I found dried ones in my store and I made tea with it! And I took the flowers I strained, boiled them with sugar to pickle 🥰🤤 the recipe is great 😌

    Hi Somjit, may I ask you that how do you clean the rosella ? Just clean and rinse normally as vegetables/fruit right ? Thanks in advance :)

      Hi Ya Nith. Yes, I just wash it and soak in the water for about 20 minutes just to make sure that anything stuck in the flower drop out completely. Thank you for the comment 😀
