Thanks for not giving your life story before getting started straight to it. Great 👍
😂😂😂 I HATE VIDEOS LIKE THAT
Followed this video step by step and got the job done. Good stuff. Thanks a million guys, couldn't have done it without you!
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU
Heck ya nice video thank you
Good job
Good job Thanks
Wow you made that look easy. I think I'll just have the dealer take care of it
So glad this will only take me 8 1/2 munutes. What a relief!! Lol
Will this same procedure work for the 2018 x15 model?
❤
Thanks Al Gore
Why is it that my 2014 kw t680 the scr filter is on the bottom and the dpf on top? Is it supposed to be like that or someone mess it up?
Naw leave it off let that KW breathe.....
Is the 2017 mx 13 different?
Is there any after treatment necessary after cleaning filters ie: programming , ash accumulator reset etc?
Some trucks my require a aftertreatment reset and possibly a forced regen to reset parameters.
New sub! And customer!
Remove your wallet , Open your wallet and remove all the cash inside . Now give that cash to the cashier of the service department . Put wallet back in pocket . job is done .
Lol that just about sums it up 👌
Only for 70 to 180 miles. Restart process!!!!
The money whores have it figured out how to rob the working public!!!!
You forgot a step:
Take out a second mortgage on your house.
I couldnt stop laughing when i saw this 😂😂😂
Wow son, I could have shown you a much easier way with no damage!
I,ll just stick with my 05 C-13 and be happy😂
That would be nice. But we ain't all got it like that... M😂
not all trucks are set up this way. my 2013 t660 has a battery box under the right side. all of my dpf system is between frame and transmission and is NOTHING like what you are showing in your video.
Wow, any better way to remove the dpf filter? One box on freightliner cascadia super easy, this job looks like all day service
Hi John, Based on our experience this is the simplest way we know of.
Damn all this work just to change out a filter.
That's what the hell I'm saying. I'll just pay the stealership
Totally wrong practice to get into DPF & SCR. 🙄That is very painfully practice.
R* =Remove.
It a routine job the mechanics should think economics way... " Runover 4×4 wood block front & rear tire, under neat R* the DPF/SCR plate cover, place the crocodile jack on the DPF to support, R* temperature & DP sensor assembly, R* all the DPF & SCR V clamps and the small holding the SCR, vice versa installation.. Done this 5 time since 2015 on my KW t660 from 150 mile now 1,191841.
All good and clear but the fucking music to loud.. that fuck everything
You guys made that way to complicated. I work at Kenworth and we don’t remove half of what you did 😂
I work at kenworth aswell and even though your right it would definitely make it a little easier than trying to line everything up with it still on the truck but if you got help its not bad but when does that ever happen😂
James Hood every one has their own way of doing it you’re right, I’ve just found ways over time to eliminate the removal of certain things, they are a pain in the ass lol
You kw mechanics 🧰 don’t know anything, I been in multiple kw dealer and i still got the issues $25k later
@@valkilmer16 i agree some shops are full of idiots but not all of them are bad
James Hood any good shop we realible mechanics-like you , I really need heph with my paccar engine mx 13
Video is good.. Job not so good..
I'd have cleaned the mf a little before putting everything back together.. Especially all the plastic connectors ..
That’s uniformative
Thats totally backwards to the way mine is installed.
What a pain in the @$$
"REM😶VE".....
My god what a cluster fuk this is. No wonder its expensive as fuk .
thank you for your detailed video but.....no Thanks i much rather *Remove* a couple of grands out of my wallet & let the *Remove Man* Remove this pain in the ass job. or trade this clunker for a new one
Delete that trash
What a disappointment big pile of junk
