These were delicious. I made them for breakfast. I ran out of eggs so I used quail eggs and still turned out amazing. Creamy centre with a crispy outside.

I love making them with pepperoni peppers onions sometimes I put sausage in there too and I put the cheese on top when it comes out which sometimes salt to the sauce on top of it I called that my pizza potato pancake

lol you dont need the measurements for the potato and flour, u can make the balls as big as you want + add as much cheese as you would like and you just put flour on them until they are covered :) then cook
OMGItsMinna - Hi Minna, but Kelly did add flour into the potatoes. It's almost like making gnocchi and if you add to much flour to them they end up as hard as golf balls, so that's why I'm asking. I don't want my pancakes to be as hard as Frisbees. lololol What do you mean by: "you just put flour on them until they are covered". That's really vague. If someone is making them for the first time, having proper measurements helps the recipe turn out as oppose to winging it.
@@OMGaNEWBIE I think she's talking about when she dredges the pancakes before frying them. I'd like to have some measurements too. It's not like I have the same bowl to measure. It's it 1 cup of flour? IDK. The results look good so I'll try it and wing it.
