just looked at a bowl of leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge, wondering what to make for supper so I typed in mashed potato recipes and found you... we have two quarter pounder burgers left in the freezer too.. Just popped the mashed potato muffins in the oven and starting the burgers in about ten minutes in the frying pan. What a great find! we 💗 cheesy potato casserole so this is a treat. THANKS!!
I’ve dropped a poached egg into mine. I use a little parmesan and garlic powder in the mix and use butter for the pan. The butter makes the back side brown a bit more. Great concept instead of making patties and frying them.
