Delightful Mashed Potato Puffs

- Mashed potato puffs are a super delicious combination of potatoes, eggs, cheese, bacon, chives, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. When combined and baked, the taste is out of this world. It is an excellent alternative to everyday mashed potatoes. The make a great finger food or side dish.
As always, you can alter any of the ingredients according to your taste. You can add additional ingredients too.
