Just purchased this firearm for $300 here in California. I grew up shooting my dad’s ppk so I’ve always liked this design. I already have a few 9mm so I thought it would be fun to have a .380 as well. Kinda bummed it only comes with a single mag and that they’re like $40 each. Looking forward to getting it to the range . Thanks for the review and I’ll keep an eye on it for the downfalls you mentioned.
Whatever you do, don’t buy the promags. They’re terrible. I had to return the pair I ordered because it didn’t work at all. The ammo would get stuck in the magazines because they would misalign when inserted.
@@natlovell122I’m sure you know this already as it’s been a month already. Mecgar makss magazines for the Bersa Firestorm; they make it for the Bersa Thunder, it’s also compatible with the Firestorm
I love my Firestorm dearly. So I bought some nice beautiful grips for it, even the Besar thunder grip. But when it comes to shooting, the most comfortable, pleasant grip is the stock grip. ❤😂❤😂..
Ya know, I'm growing weary of all these YT channels questioning the lethality of the .380. I guess they want everyone to know they are knowledgeable in all things firearms. .22 LR, .25ACP, 32ACP, etc. etc.etc. They all have the potential for self defense. SMH.
This debate will never end...over the years we've carried .22lr, .22wmr, .25acp (current), .32acp (soon), .38, and .380acp...for us rule #1, have a gun, applies...follow that, and everything else is gravy...the .45 in the safe does us little good...there are zero gaurentees with any caliber, but your odds are even worse without a firearm...
Hey can you make a video on the Grip Removal I can't start my Dros until after the 19th of September since I bought it used. But I didn't look at the grips to remove them
Upper, lower, and a spring. That's it.

@@MealsandMunitionsI’ll just buy once cry once and grab a few Bersa mags for like $40 each. Oh well, I’ve accepted it’s an expensive hobby

I never considered changing the stock grips because they work so well.

Hey thanks for this Review not much out there for the Bersas
That’s like the perfect gun if you want to keep yourself safe and not be too obvious. Also, it’s very James Bondy lol
Awesome video thanks for all the info, just bought this gun for myself and now I know what to be on the lookout for.
Weird. I replied to your comment twice and they were blocked.
@@MealsandMunitions dunno, that hasn't happened before as far as I'm aware?
It’s a fun gun to shoot. Thanks for the comments!
good review, would you say its good fro pocket carry?
I would say no. I had it in my sweater pocket today. Heavy and printed like crazy. Best place is iwb 4 o’clock for me.
Is there away to take off the magazine disconnect? I’m really considering purchasing this one.
There is a way via a spring inside the grip area.
What holster is that? Been looking for a holster for mine, but always ends up being the Bersa THUNDER kind.lol
It’s a generic brand that I bought on eBay a while back. I looked up the item from when I bought it and it’s no longer being sold by that seller.
Do you know if the Firestorm uses the same mags as the Thunder?
Hi, unfortunately, I do not.
Yes they do

Flathead screwdriver should work
Flat head and tweezers
