    I filed a dispute with citibank over a class I took last year in which there was no foundation to the class in order to pass a certification exam. I mentioned my concerns to the school before during.and after the class ended. I am trying to work with the school while the dispute is being processed,but have a feeling the new class will be taught the same way.
    In your opinion what are my chances?

    I have a question, I disputed a charge on my credit card, I ordered a product from a furniture and delivered something different, tried to resolve this and merchant refuse and now the bank went in favor with the merchant without any email from them as regards the resolution, what should I do next?

    I disputed a charge on my credit card because the service of education was not fulfilled. The responded - as a result of both disputes, we thoroughly reviewed all information that was provided to us to determine if a billing error occurred. As you can see they did not answer me as far as the company not providing the educational service. What do I do now?

    I booked a hotel via hotel.com at $261.80/night, however, when I arrived hotel, the hotel told me no room available to me due to unexpected maintenance, I had to find another hotel 40 min away. I did get hotel confirmed email for what they can't accommodate me, I thought I should have no problem to get refund. However, hotel.com just said the reservation is no cancellable regardless, but it was not what I want to cancel, it was simply the hotel can't provide any room to me upon my arrival. I have to seek dispute through the credit card - the Uber Visa card issued by Barclay, two months later, however, the Barclay card responded that they can't assistant me, the reason is "the merchant is unwilling to credit the account", is this a valid response to such a clear dispute?

    What about the time ? How long after the charge is posted do u have to dispute

      60 days for VISA, 150 days for Mastercard. VISA also honors date of discovery - the day a cardholder discovers their account was charged. But… disputes are not simple. The biggest mistake cardholders do is not saving receipts, emails; they don’t read the terms and policies of merchants, etc., or they have buyer’s remorse which is the weakest dispute reason. Merchants have become proficient at responding to disputes. The cardholder’s lack of evidence is what dooms their case.

    I put the services I was charged from a major league incompetent, abusive dentist into dispute after I got two subsequent dentists telling me I did not receive appropriate treatments. After 4 months of submitting very compelling supportive documents to CareCredit, in mid May CareCredit voided out my entire bill from this dentist. Weeks after this I get a letter from this dentist saying that now that the disputed charge has ended I owe him payment. This makes no sense at all. How can he believe I would pay him now?

    Had a question my son is an authorized user on American Express Gold card with no presets Cunningham it took him to the Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas for his 21st birthday pre-paid for the entire night months and Vance using my American Express Gold card he only uses his for emergencies and small purchases like McDonald’s or gas that is it never any large charges but somehow during the night he was drugged and got intoxicated though servers and entertainers rent to charge his American Express card $7000 in service and alcohol even though the VIP host knew everything was going to be negotiated and go through me because of my sons disabilities and we took a vantage of the situation is never drink alcohol before and I am also legally blind the management refused to do anything they said that my son authorize it and signed and also was fingerprinted I spent $4000 of my own money and they never fingerprinted or made me sign anything how is that not some type of fraud I dispute see the charges with American Express they are doing investigation right now but the charges on his card was for different charges in a matter of 30 minutes I would find that suspicious in red flag it if I was the credit card company do you have any advice for the situation and is it common for these type of venues to do fraud charges on your credit card and also does American Express work with the customers against these types of crimes and red flag night clubs as a high-risk menu any advice would be great thank you so much The way I explained it to American Express as well why would I pre-pay in months and advance for thousand dollars for a VIP table in a certain area and then my son be charged $7000 for a separate area that doesn’t make any sense whatsoever it was all for his birthday

    Care credit keeps telling me they are siding with the provider because it’s a service quality issue.🤔 I even had plenty of proof etc, any advice??!

      Wow 9 monts and still!? I purchased a set of MTO boots that the merchant rushed to make last minute, bc I made paypal claim.
      I received them and they had stitching errors and where about an inch too long. Paypal dismissed the claim bc its a custom item.
      I have my fingers crossed my cc will dispute in my favor, but idk.

      Yesah disputes like yours are usually pretty easy. I’m challenging the laws on such a bigger scale. Even though it shouldn’t matter because I have all the proof , it’s a $10400 bill and the credit card company doesn’t want to go against the dr

    Ron Cole's aircraft in Zanesville, Ohio i bought 3 aircraft art work with a fragment of the planes, Ron advertising was misleading. My items received had no Signature of the Artist "Ron Cole" nor was Limited Numbered Correctly and had a lesser quality Frame ! So I disputed after reaching out to Ron Cole's Aircraft. And Ron was threatening me with an Attorney!

    WRONG!!!! DO NOT PAY THAT CHARGE! THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU DO. The best lies are 99% true.

      That's not been my experience. They want you to continue to use the card, they still will fight for you if you've been a good customer.

    Purchase protection is a scam. Most of the time they side with merchant. I’ve disputed many and almost always lose.

      We’re they big ticket 🎟 items such as hotel rooms or plane ✈️ tickets 🎫
