You didn't cover in this video? charge offs That's still with original creditor that's 2 years old or more, yet still reporting charge off every month. Or charge off with original creditor that's reporting inaccurate information
The company is not falsely reporting. The original creditors is accurate in there right to report it as a derogatory history. It is on the 3 credit bureaus who bare the burden of proof in accordance with the law. Which falls under accurate reporting. Per the law. Don't remember state off the top of my head. But, in short a charge off is a claim of loss by the creditor to the IRS. For lack of a better term they forgive or gifted you that debt. And should have been issued a 1099 c tax return form. Usually (they dont because thats a tip off )As the debt which had now been claimed as a gift forgiveness or payment to you. By doing so you are now tax liable for any amount exceeding $599 . Your 1099 means this is now to be reported as income not bebt. Thusly making the charge off(s) on your report inaccurate as a debt. So to further report that negative remark is inaccurate and grounds for immediate deletion per the law. To remove it you must send all 3 credit bureaus a dispute letter referencing the account the charge of date and site the act you are sourcing from. This happens fairly quickly.
What about the fact that the debt is insured and paid in full after 90 or 120 days. This insurance is paid for by the borrower as part of their payments so what are you talking about?
if the balance is 500 but the limit is 2000 the pretender lender gets the two thousand as covered by the the insurance policy which every credit card has and is paid for by the so called borrower
Why don't credit repair companies ever mentions this important fact when the so called lender has been paid in full so how can there be a balance? It seems to me that there are a lot of double dipping going on. How can they report a loss when they have been paid in full and how can they sell a debt which has been paid in full by the insurance that the borrower who paid for that insurance policy. So there is no longer any debt owed. Is this not fraud by the pretender lenders who never lent anything to begin.
You might as well not pay it. Your credit is already scarred and when you pay it, you still have a hard time removing charge-offs. Don't talk to the debtor (collection agency) because it's possible for them to restart the reporting. Bite the bullet for 7 years, especially if you have big debt or it's been on your credit for years already.
That's all good until they bring you in front of a judge for a lawsuit and your wages are garnished for monthly payments you can't afford. Work with the creditor(s) as much as possible to get payments planned, trust me.
I’m still so confused, want to bang my head on the wall. Tried so hard to get my credit up. I really did try. I had it at 590, I started at 545 I just had to charge off and it dropped it down to 535. It just feels like there’s no hope.

Now I just went back to the bank that the credit card was with to do business with again but they telling me that credit card that was charged off needs to be settled with the other company that the card debt was sold to. Hi, so the court didn’t do anything? 6 years plus now. did you get it off your report? depends on your SOL, but I would just wait till it fall off. cause if your pay then you may start the clock. that’s what been told.

When doing a factual dispute do you put the details? Such as "high balance incorrect" and then add the amounts being shown from each Credit Bureau and send in a copy of the report showing the errors?

I settled with debt collector and I know they are not in tilted to delete but it’s still on my credit report 6 months later as a charged off / I settled for less than amount owed . Any advice on how I can remove this ? Thanks in advance .
I had EVICTIONS, JUDGEMENT and quite a number of other negatives items on my report with a low 400's CREDIT SCORE. These prevented me from getting a montage until I started looking for help. After he finished working on my REPORT in just 7days, my CREDIT SCORE increased to 780, all the negatives items on my REPORT were deleted permanently and he added good trade-lines to boost my credit mix (Mortgage tradelines, installment tradelines and Auto tradelines) on my report, I got the mortgage and that was phenomenal! Nutshellforce_ on IG 🙏🙏🙏
Collection agency can only delete the collection account from the credit report but not the charge off as that’s up to the creditor. that’s what I been told. mine is paid and collection account deleted but stuck with the negative charge off still reporting. How is yours?

if a account is closed and charged off.. is it still supposed to keep reporting late payments for months after charge off ? ?

How do you get negative remarks removed if you actually already did pay the debts?

File a small claims lawsuit against the credit bureaus.

No. The burden of proof is on the credit reporting agencies. Don’t make their job easier. Let them do the work
