    This is great! Watermelon may be high on glycemic load , however the benefits outweigh those. I wish more diabetics would watch your channel to learn that they can eat happily and healthy at the same time. I’m thinking of sharing your videos on my Kofi site once it is ready 😀

      Thank you 🫶🏾. That’s what I always aim to teach here! Blood sugar balance doesn’t have to come at the expense of shunning foods. And even more - we can all use simple strategies to enjoy the foods we love, while also reaping the benefits!

      Im still able to find them at the grocery store, but wait until late spring/summer lol
