Recipe:
1Tbs. Chia seeds soaked in 1 or 1 1/2 cups of water. (For about 20 mins. to let the seeds swollen big)
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon.
1/4 tsp. Ginger.
Honey ( a bit)
Cayanne pepper 🌶️ ( a few dashes)
only one dash if too spicy 🔥
Lemon juice ( the squeeze of 1/4 piece of lemon 🍋)
Mix well and drink 10 min. before first meal (and the other meals if u want to)

After seeing another of your recordings on chia seeds I did try it sometimes with a little cider vinegar. After a about a month I realised my tummy & abdomen had at last gone flat wonderful. I am going to try it with the ginger & cinnamon now & by the way I'm nearly 80 so not doing too badly. Carry on with the good work.
I love to make an overnight chia seed pudding to eat for breakfast. I mix 2 tablespoons of chia seed with 1/2 cup almond milk in a little bowl. I mix in a dash of maple syrup and vanilla extract. In the morning, I stir up well and add coconut flakes and some walnuts on top! It’s so good

I hate to be the one who informs you, but I just watched a video 2 days ago stating Cheerios and Oatmeal contain poison due to the fields harvested have been contaminated from poison! I was a big fan of using Oatmeal as well.

Do you chew them or with liquids swallow?
I add 8 little seeds to water , let sits for 4 min and drink
Do not add a tablespoon of seeds to water , DO NOT !
Your stomach will get so full and blown up , and you have gas pain bad .
Do this slowly. My friend almost had to go to the ER the first time she used a full tablespoon of seeds .
Go slow and easy on them .
Research this on google before trying them .
I take with olive oil and cayenne but u can’t go wrong even sprinkle on salads-only way to mess up is eating them dry and straight 🤢

I’ve been struggling with getting my blood sugar stable. A few weeks ago I started adding 1 tbsp of chia seeds to my yogurt and I’m telling you my blood sugar has dropped so much and has finally started to be stable.

Great video. After a tough workout I put 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds in Greek non-fat yogurt with blueberries, banana, strawberries, chopped walnuts & almonds and I top with oatmeal mixed with a dash of cinnamon. I add a little water to the yogurt so the chia seeds can soak for 10 minutes in the yogurt. My favorite meal of the day.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart I was born with a heart condition and needed heart surgery 12 yrs ago. I had my Aortic valve replaced I have always try to take of my care of my heart part replacement, but get very confused with what I can eat and not, I have been a vegetarian for 30yrs and I don't drink or smoke. My INR is going up alot so I find you very informative and I thank you and God Bless you for all you teach us

In the mornings i do a shot of the high in polyphenol EVOO with a squeeze of lemon and then Ive been using a tbsp of chia seeds with the high in polyphenol EVOO and a dash of cayenne prior to dinner. I put a table spoon of chia seed in an 8oz glass container, add frozen some cubes of banana and kiwi, sealed the container, and left in the fridges over night. Delicious and amazing 👏

I actually make all of that with the turmeric and then have the cup of Chia and flaxseed that I left soaking overnight. I wasn’t doing it every day but I do implement it. I think you just bring really helpful information to us the public as a whole so I want to say thank you for that.
