- I made a cribbage board for 14 family members this christmas. This last board is my brothers board, I wanted him to see how I made it for him. From east to west!

I like your dust collection system
Love the crib board. I especially liked seeing your breath as you worked. Reminded me of growing up in Manitoba. You’re a tough guy to be sanding out in the snow. FYI: McGinn’s Workshop is right if you’re the only McGinn in it. (Singular possessive.). If you want to reflect your family, it would be “The McGinns.” Plural, not possessive. “Paytons,” etc. I see this with the misplaced possessive apostrophe ALL THE TIME on craft sites and T-shirt company sites. You’re definitely not the only one with the apostrophe added when it shouldn’t be, but if you’re going to personalize somebody’s board, you should probably not misspell it. GREAT project! New subscriber.
From the rough lumber to finished piece you nailed it, 👍🏻 Great job Jason!
thanks buddy!
Really nice job. I like the design of the inside with the playing cards.
Thanks man!
Beautiful!
Thank you!
awesome thank you for this video I,m just starting to consider a cnc machine that is capable of what you have done looking for more information
Thank you for creating this helpful video! Just what I was looking for.
Very nice Jason!
Thanks buddy! Much appreciated!
Hey great video. I just seen your NB hoodie, I'm from PEI so it's great to see another East Coaster.
Nick MacDonald that's great! I'll be sure to wear my East Coast pride wear more often!
Why didn't you cut the outside with the cnc? Or just a shallow cut and a flush trim router bit? Would make a more consistent edge
Nicely done happy to see a video from ya, it’s been a while
Yea buddy, been a while. Hoping to be finding more time now that I have the house in order.
Great to see you back...Happy New Year man...;-p
Thanks! Happy New year to you too!
Very nice!
"Cool Beans" it's summers! Thanks man
Nice work! I see you use the same dust collection system as I do. Lol
This is awesome, but, you should know that the possessive apostrophe that you have in the name is incorrect, it should just be The McGinns.
Nice!
Thanks!
Just watched this video...love the design. Do you have a pdf of the design??
Jason what size drill bit did you use for your holes? Great looking board 👍🏻
Nice project, Jason! Sure beats house painting, doesn't it!!?? lol
Hmmmm... depends... -20 degree sanding vs out in the hot summer days with a beer... I mean it's painting, but I'm just not sure lol
Really did enjoy the process though, thanks for watching!
Do you sell these? I've been looking for a nice board like this.
How did you get the black and color into the Elliotts board?
shop looks great Jason, How do you like the EVO? the board looks great. I've never played cribbage before but looks like fun. here's to the new year my friend.
The saw is great, been using it all summer and running it through the gauntlet!
Happy new year buddy!
is your design available in download? I have been making cribbage boards out of live edge Mesquite. I have a few designs with my VCarve program.
How you like that Klingspor sand paper?
It's great! Sands consistant and lasts a good amount of time for value on paper.
Do you sell them
Game or piece of art? Both!
Indeed both! I have a big interest in the development process in regards to considering Market vs value vs quality while streamlining the production process to create it while keeping cost to a minimal for my clients. Since this is a hobby business , it ends up being a slower process than I'd like, but product lines are coming together :)
Looks great......but......a 4 tracked crib board ??
are you ok? ... need to talk to someone?
I did it myself thanks to Woodglut.
