The absolute best way to drill these holes is a 7/64 bit 2 flute em, profile toolpath 0.5" deep for std pegs. Leaves room for chip evac, reduces heat you avoid "pecking" and it goes quick. Nice job otherwise.

The hole in the bottom can function as a drain in case of spills after saying "Vector" too many times for some one.
