Your recipes are great. My mouth is watering. But I couldn't find any ingredient in Turkey. You gave links in amazon but most of them also cannot be shipped to Turkey. I can't find any other replacements. Without dashi broth can I do it with the same taste? Help me please. We can't find good quality sea foods and even fish in the middle of Turkey. And there is no Asian grossery store and anything about Asian food . 😞😞
