Ingredients
4 cup Korean ultimate stock • Ultimate Korean Stock ... or 3 cups chicken stock + 1 cup water
3 Tbsp gochujang, Korean red pepper paste
1 Tbsp gochugaru, Korena red pepper flakes, optional
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
6 oz fish cake, cut into bite size
6 oz cabbage, sliced
2 to 3 green onions, sliced and separated white/light green part and dark green part
1 oz shredded carrot
1 package Korean instant ramen noodles
2 hard boiled eggs
sesame seeds for garnish

I had this for dinner tonight! I am a vegetarian so I didn't use fish cake but it was so easy to modify. I added some fresh broccoli and it was SO GOOD! Thank you for a lovely recipe, you're so fun and cute!

i've listened to the song at the beginning so much on soundcloud. idk just hearing that song and watching the noodles made me feel really comfortable and right at home :)
When I make this I use the really thin rice cakes and loads of green onions. No matter how much I measure the gochujang that I put in it always tastes different but always amazing. Sounds weird but I love adding a little bit of Mirin. Brings the whole dish together in such an amazing way!

Watched the video this morning. Made some this afternoon. YUMMY! I didn’t have the Korean red pepper flakes, so I user regular red pepper flakes and I didn’t have any fish cakes so I didn’t use those. It was STILL absolutely AMAZING!
