When I make this I use the really thin rice cakes and loads of green onions. No matter how much I measure the gochujang that I put in it always tastes different but always amazing. Sounds weird but I love adding a little bit of Mirin. Brings the whole dish together in such an amazing way!

Rabokki is one those dishes that fills me with joy - especially cheese rabokki 🤤🤤🤤
