Our civilization is designed to force people to drive to live, work, get food, etc. What are people supposed to do for work and food if they cant drive?
You are absolutely right about that. We developed the car that took away from the horse and buggy now we have to pay to live and go somewhere. We are human beings and our nature is to travel and explore. But travel and explore means that we have to move from point A to point B and now we have to pay to play
It’s all about money for the government. They screw you over. Tickets are pricey and sometimes they are simple mistakes like not paying insurance on time or blah blah. It’s not about safety for them, it’s MONEY! if it was for a DUI or reckless driving etc. I’d understand, but that’s not always the case.
For me I’m a full time college student and had a car destroy my front bumper and they left no info on my car, hit and run basically, so left light started having issues , expensive fix for a full time college student, so I get a citation for that, now I have 2 things to pay for , $140 headlight and 200+ citation, can’t, so I get my license suspended, and another citation, and now I have to pay all those citations, reinstatement fee, blah blah but I also need to go to class… what the hell
My license is suspended for a year because because I got a ticket while I was on an occupation license, now I can’t drive for a year. They told me to Uber everywhere lmao , it’s all a scam folks.
I’m about to be homeless because of a suspended license. I got a speeding ticket a couple months ago and since I’m under 21 they suspended my license. It’s my first ticket. I had to drop out of college to pay for driving school, the ticket, court fees, reinstatement fees, etc. and I eventually lost my job because I couldn’t show up if I couldn’t get a ride to work from a coworker. Now I’m in thousands of dollars of debt, my credit score has plummeted, I owe collections, I’m behind on all my bills, I have no income and no support. The system is made so that rich and/or supported individuals survive and others can’t. At this point it’s just that I’d rather be homeless than go to jail for driving because I still hope to finish school and get a job one day.
Completely unfair, governments are destroying lives over greed, then they expect us to vote, no they need to address the drivers license suspension crisis in America NOW!!💯
Police are always so insensitive. "They do it to themselves". What if you live in an area where there aren't any buses or public transportation? How are people supposed to work? What do you mean call a friend? They are working too! Then they have the nerve to ask people why they haven't paid their fines. They can't afford them if their license are suspended and they can't get to work!
That was such a BS narrative, they have the reason people get suspended in the first place all wrong, everyone knows more than 70% or more license suspensions is from police entrapment!!
Got suspended after hitting A DEER AND THE OFFICER DIDN'T TURN IN INSURANCE INFORMATION... IT WASN'T MY FAULT!! CROOKED BMV KEPT TRYING TO CHARGE ME $250. Suspended for many months AND THEY DON'T BOTHER CONTACTING YOU!! Didn't find out until I went in to renew my license!! I DIDN'T DO IT TO MYSELF!!
I hit a deer once. It was still alive by the time the state trooper arrived, so he had to put it out of its misery. Afterwards he made sure I was alright and even asked if I wanted to keep the deer.
I was suspended once in N.J. for failure to pay child support. The court made an error and my ex wife even went to court to tell them I was current on my payments. They didn't care and made me pay a restoration fee. It's all about the money and the bullshit.
all because its expensive and nearly impossible to get reinstated.. and they wonder why running from cops on motorcycles is getting so fucking popular.

@TheRealfan1 I've been using public transportation for over 25 years for your information. Bet you didn't know that, did you? Next time, stop judging me based off of on an opinion or statement. 2nd, there are other ways to get to work. Having a suspended license Sucks..and there are no alternatives to getting around when buses shut off after 830 p.m. So since no one wants to help..people drive!!
Love how politicians make every other form of transit complete garbage, and completely unusable, and then blame people for having to use Cars so they dont gotta deal with their bullshit.
Failure to pay, Failure to pay, failure to pay.... Then he gives him another tickets 🤯 wtf why give him more debt? He cant pay his tickets and he needs to drive to survive. This cop is insane.
If the license is suspended by the Courts for DUI, Reckless/criminal Endangerment, vehicular homicide, or some other Menace, Etc. Suspension should be part of the consequences. Aaron Fowler :: been there still doing this shit. 20 yrs ago this began and I've been trying to retain some part time driver permit. Did classes, paying on a court approved plan (owe over $10,000). I was in Walmart parking lot, sleeping. The vehicle I was driving had run out of gas 200 yards from the pumps @ that particular Walmart.... I wasn't blocking any lane, in fact I was along the side where truck drivers park and sleep in their 18 wheeler's. Police see my vehicle and upon investigation find me asleep inside. It was about 4:30 pm July, 2004. License was suspended. He wakes me up, says 'your coming with me to get a blood test'... I don't drink, so no open containers noted. I'm not aware of my right to refuse and I'm freaked bc of my suspended license. My blood work showed traces of illegal substances...trace amts of the night before bc I had been recreationally indulging with a few friends. SHTF. 1ST dui... substance DUI and the fine was over $2000.00. This was crazy? First DUI, while parked, out of gas and sleeping? It's never stopped. I of course was also cited for driving under suspension. Initial reason for suspended was bc of too many speeding points and I missed a class that I needed to take to remove 2 or three points. That happened in 2000. It's never stopped. I believe I'm profiled and stalked. I don't have $ to retain a good attorney. I live in rural Pa, small town with 'good ol boys' local LE. My son was in HS when this all started happening. He's also on the autism spectrum and has specific intellectual disabilities. I have lost many opportunities, for him, to help in getting needed services/vocational training etc,, bc of no driving "PRIVILEGES"... I have never caused an accident; injured anyone or destroyed property...but I'm a danger to the PUBLIC. It was stated by local judge in the 2004 hearing for the above DUI.. I have/paid for my court transcripts and his statement of me as public danger is right there.. Local pub defender treats me like a stupid crazy person .... Just needed to get that out there/here. It's all about ruining 20 yrs of my/my son's ability to live and has affects my ability to retain my medical assistant position. I'm going INSANE.
Hey most of us follow the rules even if they are inconvenient and expensive but if you do follow the rules you avoid stuff like this. I've got 2 neighbors who have gotten their licenses suspended for paying ticket late like 8 months late - the rules just don't apply to them. Grow up. Life is tough enough some times without making it worse for yourself. Follow the rules!!!! Get the DMV off your back.
Exactly why I did this because I need to drive my damn car to get what I need got to work get around yall robbing us with bs tickets thats why did it lol

well if you can't pay a ticket don't do the infracction simple and therese so many ways to show in court but looks like you are one of those lazy people here in the USA
It sure is, by bus or bicycle. However operating a motor vehicle is NOT A RIGHT, no matter how hard you try and obscure that it will never change. I’ll be driving by you laughing while you’re walking your law breaking ass to the bus stop.
Blacks law, definition of a driver. One employed in conducting a coach, carriage or other vehicle with horses, miles or other animals, or a bicycle or tricycle or motor car. Though not a street railroad car. Davis vs. Petrinvoich. Your constitutional right to free travel as long as it's not for commerce. You do not need a driver's license. Once you get one you are giving up your constitutional rights.
@@therealcellar1969 not agreeing or disagreeing but how closed minded you are and in our society today that anything is possible. At least flat earthers think instead of relying on what your local news media teaches you.
Everything is about the money. The more the people in charge steal from the citizens, the more money in their own pockets. If a person damages another, that person or their family have the right to sue the person for restitution. The person can be made to pay a little at a time or have jail time hanging over their heads. Preventing a person rom having a job because they cannot travel in a vehicle does not help anyone especially those that have been injured because they get no money.
The government has convinced Americans to hate their fellow man and demand they have government permission to live their lives. It's disgusting mental illness. The American people are broken, and morally bankrupt.
WRTV Indianapolis, you should be ashamed of yourselves for giving this asshole cop the screen time and bombarding that man during the traffic stop with your intrusive and personal line of questioning. You had no idea what his situation was and that was certainly not how you approach some one in a respectful manner if you are genuinely wanting to know more information. The fact that you rode along with law enforcement gives the impression that you were more concerned with getting his(the officers) point of across rather than address the issue from any other perspective. Shame on you.
Agree and more! There was a time when the media employed "journalists", writers who investigated in order to convey truth to their constituents/readers/listeners/customers, and not talking-heads or hired, useful idiots spouting whatever propaganda the established power-structures in the U.S. feel that we, their great herd of bleeting sheep, need to be fed to ease the job of shearing us. This isn't a story about cops bravely protecting us from dangerous drivers, it's the story of a lazy and corrupt media ignoring thousands of harmless citizens whose minor violations (ie: citations for an equipment failure, non-moving violations, etc.) resulted in an insurmountable financial obligation levied by the state that couldn't be satisfied, with non-payment the excuse to punish indigence with incarceration and even more fines, when driving is an absolute necessity at times, despite the lame claims you "holier-than-thou" perfect citizens make about consequences and your stoic acceptance of them. Consequences should be fairly measured. When a broken tail-light results in an unpaid fine, then a suspension, then an arrest and another fine for driving (ad infinitum), until the person has become homeless, the heavy hand of the state should be the subject of this reporting. Suspend the ABC employees' driving licenses and see if the story changes. I'd watch that ABC!
I live in the country. I got suspended because of too many speeding tickets. I get that i caused that but what they dont understand is how am i supposed to get to work to be able to pay for these tickets? Not everyone has public transportation or friends and family willing to give them a ride everyday. They need more options for people like that.
But see that’s where it gets fuzzy. One a lot of times they suspend for unrelated driving issues like one unpaid child support. Two when it comes to speeding. If the posted limit is 35 and you’re going 36 does that really make a difference? Now i you’re going 100 in a 35 ok that’s different. Also the legal system should use more logic. Speeding is more than just an arbitrary limit it can be also traveling too fast for the traffic or weather conditions. If said limit is 35 but there’s a foot of snow on the ground you still shouldn’t be going 35 you should be slower. Also the person is right they compound the problem a lot of times with this stuff.
@@therealcellar1969 yeah because going 47 on a 40 is really a huge enough difference. I could see if this was something outrageous like 20 over but a lot of the times the cops just need tickets. If we don’t pay tickets and taxes our state collapses
It depends on the Officer and jurisdiction I’ve seen officers in the more rural areas even let you get as high as 13 over before they pull you over. So it’s not cut and dry
I don't want to hear this "driving is a privilege and not a right" bullshit. In ALOT of states without a reliable public transit system (most of the U.S) you just can't get around without driving. Now while i can't defend people who are very unsafe behind the wheel, the vast majority of drivers who lose their licenses do so because they cant afford to pay a ticket, fine, etc. Alot of people can't afford the ever raising price of car insurance. Couple that with a shitty public transit system and you have a recipe for disaster. This country was made to accommodate cars, not public transit or other forms of transportation. It isn't impossible to travel but it becomes extremely difficult to do so, and many have families that can't have kids walking miles and miles to school or doctors appointments. My license was revoked for no insurance because i cant afford to pay $700 a month state minimum on my 20 year old toyota, and I continue to drive because I NEED TO. My license has been revoked for 3 years. I can't get to my doctor or school without driving. I know I'm breaking the law and I hate it every time but its completely out of necessity, and in this day and age I don't have much of a choice. How about stop revoking licenses because people are too poor to pay fines?
I completely agree with you. And people really need to wake up. Not all suspended drivers are alcoholics. Some are suspended because they don't wanna pay hundreds of dollars in car insurance when they already have a car note and other bills that may be more important. This is abusive because people still need to get to work to make ends meet.
Driving n traveling is two different things under the color of law! The money the steal from us pays his bills. If your a tru believer of the constitution then I advise you to stand up for your rights n freedoms.
If it was about safety, alcohol would be illegal. Its about the money. Now they are giving people tickets for driving on pain meds when the pain meds say right on it, know how this medication effects you before you drive. AKA, not illegal but they give out DUI for this. (vicodin) some do say not to not drive. But others say be careful. So, many people on vicodin do not even know they will be taken to jail for driving even when the federal rules say know the medications effects before driving. Why do they arrest people for vicodin driving? Because less people are drinking and driving, they need the money. Many courts are on the verge of going under because they do not have slaves to ticket and pay fines. The more people stop drinking and driving the more new ideas they have to come up with and thousands and probably millions have been charged for a crime that isnt even real.
There's not always other means of transportation. What needs to happen is, the DMV needs to make it slot easier for people to obtain "hardship licenses" in every state (Yes, these exist, infact Illinois has hardship licenses). This is clearly a nationwide problem, with an easy solution. Issuing hardship licenses also brings revenue to each state, and gives the suspended/revoked driver an opportunity to drive if he/she needs to get somewhere.
Mine is currently suspended. Because of a stupid law in this damn state, apparently if you get a ticket or get into a wreck (even if the wreck wasn’t your fault, which mine wasn’t) your insurance company has to fill out a Compliance forum for financial liability (again even if the accident wasn’t your fault)! Well my dumb ass insurance company never did that in the 3 months following my car getting rear ended in my schools parking lot exit and now my license is suspended #ThxIndiana
I got suspended when I got a ticket when I was 18. For a no tag light on my car. My mom said she was going to pay it but forgot. I got pulled over maybe about two years after that and got arrested in the city of Conway Arkansas for driving on suspended. The thing about Conway they have a zero tolerance if your suspended your going to jail
Shouldn’t blame other people but a tag light is ridiculous. The cops can see even without the light. With all the lights they have at worse they could use their flashlight. Those things they are too picky. That’s part of what I mean they a lot of times compound the problem with this crap.
They did it to themselves? You ever think about people that can't afford to pay a ticket that have other responsibilities like keeping a roof over their head and having heat in their home worried about their bills and your mortgage the rent like come on man.. it's all about the $. Maybe that's a privilege to!
FOR REAL. Imagine being this guy and being like "Yeah they can't afford to pay the ticket for this dumbass harmless thing, they did it to themselves" Yeah right..

My license 1st got suspended cuz I was late to pay a ticket. Then after that I had 2 kids. So I decided to drive to work and back and try to lay low. Obviously that didn't work. Kept getting pulled. At the time had no idea if u get 3 its a 5 year hto suspension. So here I am 23 with a 5 year hto suspension. You can't tell me just because I was driving without a license and didn't commit any other crimes in the process that taking my license for 5 years at the age of 23 is an appropriate action. This shit is so infair. And has literally turned my life into hell. Literally it was just the money. If I had a way to work back then I would've never missed paying the 1st ticket.

Nonsense. The Supreme Court has said that it's constitutionally permissible for States to require driver's licenses to operate a car or other motor vehicle on the public roads -- whether commercially or not. [A] John Hendrick v. State of Maryland, 235 U.S. 610, 35 S.Ct. 140, 59 L.Ed. 385 (1915), at 622: "...a state may rightfully prescribe uniform regulations necessary for public safety and order in respect to the operation upon its highways of all motor vehicles,-those moving in interstate commerce as well as others. And to this end it may require the registration of such vehicles and the licensing of their drivers, ... This is but an exercise of the police power uniformly recognized as belonging to the states and essential to the preservation of the health, safety, and comfort of their citizens;..." [B] Reitz v. Mealey, 314 U.S. 33, 62 S.Ct. 24, 86 L.Ed. 21 (1941), at 36: "....The universal practice is to register ownership of automobiles and to license their drivers. Any appropriate means adopted by the states to insure competence and care on the part of its licensees and to protect others using the highway is consonant with due process....." So when the questions of driver's licenses, registration, and/or insurance have come before the Supreme Court, the Court has explicitly recognized a State's power to thus regulate the operation of motor vehicles on public roads. Note that both Hendrick and Reitz involve the noncommercial operation of a motor vehicle.
Almost 30,000 people in Indiana driving with a suspended license? This is fucking ridiculous. Idiots who get behind the wheel when they know it's against the law do it anyways, and end up getting yet another ticket which could result in them getting arrested if they fail to pay for the ticket or appear in court. Ask a friend, or take a bus. Better yet, get a ride with Uber or Lyft. It's really not that hard to do.
They only enforce speeding laws and allow so many drivers to stay stopped at Green lights, because they are texting or distracted! Police have ripped me off up to $3200 as they hit my daughter's car and totaled it out and they paid nothing! Thanks for the $3200 dollar collision that was clearly the officers fault! The law loses it's meaning when they give minor speeding infractions and then criminals go free and are allowed to rob, steal and even rape others and receive little to no punishment! Yet Driver's are targeted! Why don't they target real criminals. Wrong Focus!

The whole arrest process or citations are a joke in the court systems, if you know a good lawyer that has connections the state throws misdemeanor offenses out of the window with no questions asked. Same thing with Indiana just a different group, you could get misdemeanor charges thrown out as long as the charge doesn't involve violence or gun charges. First time felony charges in any state could get reduced from felony to misdemeanor which doesn't involve violence. The whole U.S state court system works the same way all the lawyers know each other including prosecutor, judges.
In a perfect world such situations would warrant mandatory psych evaluations. When someone shows complete indifference to engaging in behavior that puts other people at risk, its clearly not the courts, the police or the DMV thats the problem

Not everyone has public transportation or friends and family willing to give them a ride everyday. They need more options for people like that.
Then don’t speed? You made multiple offenses and put people lives in danger.

Just out to get people basically. They have nothing else going on.

If You are a Tax Paying Citizen You're Paying for the Construction and Maintenance of the Public Roadway's. Using Them is in no way a Privilege allowed to You by the State or Federal Government. It is a Right...
Using them is absolutely a privilege.
Driving commercial term. D.M.V: Department of Motor Vehicle. Definition: Title 18 United States Code subsection 31. Under Motor Vehicle it says, the term
motor vehicle means every description of carriage or conveyance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for
commercial purposes.Blacks law: Driver. One who's being paid for the delivery of goods or persons of the like. Truck driver, delivery driver, bus driver, taxi driver, limousine driver, stagecoach driver. Driving is a commercial term. Any and all licenses from any state is a commercial license contract and it will tell you that on the front, that one word is Driver.
What we are led to believe when you have your hands on the steering wheel and your foot on the gas you're driving.
If you are not driving you're simply traveling on a public road that you have a right to use, when, how, and with whatever you choose,
so long as you use it for what it is intended for and no one has suffered a loss or harm from your actions.
Contract: Two or more named parties on a document that is enforceable by law, your name, and the state's name. A contract can be as simple as writing a check out to a plumber who did work for you. Your name is on the check the one who's going to pay the plumber. The plumber's name is on it the one that's going to receive the money. The bank's name that's going to give the money to the plumber. Another example would be if your child comes home from school that needs a parent to sign showing the child did his or her homework. The teachers' name, maybe the schools' name in the heading, the child's name, and or the father's name and or mother's name. Getting a Driver's license is not to show you are competent to operate a motor vehicle, it is to bind you in a contract and are forced to obey all of the over five hundred thousand commercial codes rules, and regulations that you must obey when you signed the contract... your Drivers license. Our government has led us to believe that when you have your hands on the steering wheel and your foot on the gas maneuvering your private automobile down the road you're driving. Not true. Persons of the like, Bus driver, Taxi driver, Limousine driver,
Definition. license… Permission to do a particular thing, to exercise a certain privilege, or to carry on a particular business or to pursue a certain occupation. Blacks law. Driver: Commercial. License: Permission to Drive, get it?
The Right of the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by horse drawn carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city can prohibit or permit at will, but a common Right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
It’s funny that you only puts a quotation at the end and not at the beginning. 🤣
my brother got a ticket riding a gas powered bicycle. one for driving while suspended (for previously not having insurance in a vehicle he was told had insurance) and improper vehicle registration. its a bicycle. it does NOT have a VIN and it does NOT have a title therefore cannot be REGISTERED or tagged/insured
It’s a money grab notice he say failure to pay, I am sue for this reason and you should too.
I’m sure that will look good in court.
Really fucking funny huh officer
AMERICAN IS $$$$$$$$$$$$ NOT FREEDOM
I hate hearing cops talk.
This cop was doing his job , bravo for him , don't have a license don't dirve simple fact .
its america. its a car based society. cars are a bad idea but public transportation isnt a viable option 90% of the time.
Y’all know we don’t need a drivers license to drive a car to go to the store the beach to a restaurant a friends house. If ur working on the roads like transporting goods or people or both u do need a drivers license because ur involved In commerce ur making money using the roads with ur vehicle. Even then if ur not making money, no one paying u to use ur car u don’t need a license it’s ur right to travel
You absolutely do need a driver's license to drive anywhere.
I have a license but if I didn't have one I would never drive.....just the right thing to do
Common law traveling is legal WITHOUT A DL it is a right per the constitution. Driving means your doing it for commerce (to make $) traveling is not. People have been duped for years. I personally get tired of having to give out my whole life history to do ANYTHING. Our $ isn’t worth a dime it’s basically monopoly $ and I’m going down the rabbit hole here obviously. Let me just say if you’re not scared about the direction we’re going then you don’t know anything. Please educate yourself on your rights and how their being trampled on by the gov. Look into the federal reserve, the right to travel, what the numbers mean in your SS card. All the numbers not just your as #. We’re commodities nothing more nothing less.
385 (1915), at 622:
"...a state may rightfully prescribe uniform regulations necessary for public safety and order in respect to the operation upon its highways of all motor vehicles,-those moving in interstate commerce as well as others. And to this end it may require the registration of such vehicles and the licensing of their drivers, ... This is but an exercise of the police power uniformly recognized as belonging to the states and essential to the preservation of the health, safety, and comfort of their citizens;..."
[B] Reitz v. Mealey, 314 U.S. 33, 62 S.Ct. 24, 86 L.Ed. 21 (1941), at 36: "....The universal practice is to register ownership of automobiles and to license their drivers. Any appropriate means adopted by the states to insure competence and care on the part of its licensees and to protect others using the highway is consonant with due process....."
So when the questions of driver's licenses, registration, and/or insurance have come before the Supreme Court, the Court has explicitly recognized a State's power to thus regulate the operation of motor vehicles on public roads.
If You want to be a Taxi "Driver", Uber "Driver" or a Limo "Driver" You need a "Driver's" License.. You do not need a License to Travel Privately on the Public Roadway's Your Tax Dollar's Pay for...
You absolutely do need a license to drive
Suspended are everywhere. When a person changes they should be able to drive again too. Not when they jump through all their hoops.
Well Supreme Court did time multiple times you do not need a license to travel, only if you are a driver as in taxi driver, bus driver, Uber driver on the road for commerce, not if you are traveling privately in your legally owned vehicle
Cite the case. I hear that said but what is your proof, or are you repeating it without knowing?
in the city of Escondido, they built a brand new police headquarters on impounds alone.
I have court tomorrow for driving on a suspended license. I made the risk of picking up my drunk friend because I didn't want him to drive, the cop pulled me over because he said the window tint was to dark in reality they were just looking for a drunk driver that night. I get my license back in 2 months I hope the courts are willing to work with me I need my car to go to work and I'm having a baby soon..
CaLxRoyalty hope it works out mine got took for 1 year
CaLxRoyalty how was court man? I have court tomorrow because I don’t knew my license was suspended and I got stop.. I reinstated my license but I still have to go.. so hopefully it goes well for me..
@@cathlic2007 how did it go?? We need updates...
Tints laws are absolutely ridiculous
No One Other Than " Drivers" Are required To Obtain DRIVER'S Licensees.
American National Is Free To Travel About The Nation With IMPUNITY! (.)!
Doesn't matter anyway.. everyone driving suspended license.
So this man killed 2 construction worked and he still is on the street? That’s are justice system for you …
Roadside pirates stealing from the people. Violating people's rights. Traveling is a right and do t need a License. Thompson v. Smith...Driving is commercial and need a license.
Driving is a privilege and you do need a license. No driving is not commercial.
that's it , just an easy money scheme for the entitled leeches i.e. cops , d.a.'s , judges etc etc etc
U don’t need one that permission slip u when Tim their DMV office ask for that’ is a request form so u ask for permission at that point u have up your rights to free trvel
Notice another thing , they want to talk about their opinions here but do not ever mention any laws at all ! The laws are very clear on this subject and the supreme court has rulled on this subject many times but the state courts make too much money on this to start obeying the law !
So does being suspended helps people to become a good driver ? What’s the point when the police man say the proof to us they are irresponsible to drive ?
A "Driver's License" does not Regulate Private Travel. It is a Requirement for Anyone that intends to use Their Automobile Commercially.
It absolutely does regulate private travel.
@@SCP_Gate-Guardian Not for long.
@@SCP_Gate-Guardian The Supreme Court has already Ruled on this. State's are trying to get away with Changing DUS from an M1 to a Minor Misdemeanor, They're Fighting it. But it's not going to Work in the long run...

@@jerodrobinson4040 lol nope not even remotely true 😂 you are required in all 50 states to have a driver's license to drive in all roads.
But if it was a cop it would be a different story
if your licence is suspended dont drive! until the government says that u can again!
This is a corporation...it desires and people pay...call it what it is.
This is nothing come to Chicago half of the population driving on suspended or no license at all. Got my license suspended the same month I got it at 16 years old been driving without a license since the age of 8 years old barely able to push the brake pedal or gas pedal due to short height had to stand up while driving, started driving farm tractors at the of 9 years old. Learned the state court systems at the age of 16.
You can get more money if you drop the suspension for certain violations
In a perfect world such situations would warrant mandatory psych evaluations. When someone shows complete indifference to engaging in behavior that puts other people at risk, its clearly not the courts, the police or the DMV thats the problem
Driving a car without government permission puts no one at risk in any way. In a perfect world, people like you wouldn't hate your fellow man.
At least 6 percent of the twelve don't deserve not to have license... all should to go a whole with no license....... ride a bike to work
The government in this country makes me sick !
Because it expects citizens to follow the law? 🤨
