    So clearly I was doing these wrong. And I really appreciate the modifications because I'll be doing them to improve my form. It's the solid instruction and the laughter that I like and appreciate so much about this channel. They prove: 1.That you want people to do each exercise with proper form no matter what level they are at.(Which I appreciate because I have at times been frustrated with myself when I couldn't do the advanced move) 2. That you all don't take yourselves too seriously. 3.That you actually enjoy what you do. 4. You get along well with one another. All of these things are blessings. Especially when you enjoy what you do.

    It's crazy. Bene training for 3,5 years and i always underestimated the exercise thinking i was doing the hardest progression with good form Yet i can truly only do the 1st and 2nd progression. Time to build my core strength.

    Mr. Gabo and Yasir. Could you please make a video for hip strength and movement (mobility) session? If it is possible specify it a bit for martial arts. Grappling arts (judo, Greco - Roman wrestling, BJJ). I understand that if it is not impossible, because of specificity and the point of the channel is to reach a wider audience. So, my apologies for the selfishness SM family.

      You are 100% right. Let’s never get perfectionism get in the way of true hard work ;)
      Pointing feet will lead to better quad activation just like flexing the ankle. Now it’s a matter of which one looks better. For me pointing all the way 😅🙌🏽

    Hi guys! I have a general question. My 4 year old son tries to copy me when I do my workouts, be it yoga or calisthenics. What is the right age and manner to get kids started with formal training ? Thanks a lot!

      That's so cute! Lol as far as movement, there is no general age one needs to wait in order to start discovering new dimensions of movement, so long it is not a complex movement or a movement that involves weights. General movement is healthy and we dare to say it's an optimal way of living for the youth, just like running, sports, playing, and having a physically active lifestyle is.

      Unfortunately in our area the kindergartens, playgrounds, parks, swimming pools have not opened yet. So he is stuck at home, trying to climb windows, trying to stand on his head and just generally driving us crazy. :D... Talking about not doing anything weights...that is one of the things he wants to do the *most*, playing with dumbbells and kettlebells. (SMH)

    Hi Gabo can you help me I have one question?
    to be able to move to advanced calisthenics skills such as planche, front lever. How should I train now , ex pullup exercise should I focus on strength 1 to 5 rep range or hypertrophy 8 to 14 rep range or endurance 14 plus

      Great question. The short answer is, train it by cycles. Focus on strength training for a month or two. Once you're done with that cycle, start a new cycle focused on hypertrophy. Do that for another month or two.

    I'm struggling with this exercise!! I can't maintain this position for 5 sets of 1 minute with 1 minute between each set.
