Dear Yassir thank you for doing these videos about rings training. They may not be what get the most views but there´s many of us that are avid watchers of these tutorials. Please, keep doing what you do. Inmensely appreciate you and all the SM team
You’re right, these might not be the most popular videos, but I love making them, so we’ll keep them coming! It’s time to make rings training adaptable to anyone! ✊✨
I have begun to practice this ring stand two weeks ago so this training video is a big help to me. Thank you for the content, explanation, and showing clearly how to do each step in the process.
@@SaturnoMovement Thanks for the reply. I am on level 6 Straddle Shoulder Stand. Am also practicing this on parallettes at the same time, and coming along well on both. Not really struggling, just will take time and a lot more practice to get proper form. Have only been doing rings and calisthenics for two years, and am 69 years young so all will take time, but this type of training is a daily ritual. Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much! I've been looking for a tutorial like this for a long time. I can only do ring pike pushups.
Happy to help Vincent!
Hey Yassir, haven't seen you in a while man. I see you're still in great shape. Like all of your videos. Take care and GOD BLESS.
I love this! Can’t wait to unlock this- I feel like this flows well into HSPU. (That has to be a beast on rings!)
You are right some parts of this skill path could be applied towards getting the HSPU 🙌🔥
