Is The Anaheim Hotel Disneyland's BEST Good Neighbor Hotel?

  • After DOZENS of you recommended The Anaheim Hotel to us, we finally stayed there and here's what we thought.
First impressions? The Anaheim Hotel is impressive, clean, modern, and a fantastic hotel near Disneyland to stay during your vacation.
Unfortunately, it was a dreary and cold day, so we didn't get to enjoy the HUGE patio space outside our room or their massive pool (besides the hot tub). But their facilities look phenomenal and I highly recommend The Anaheim Hotel.
The sleep was fine--average at best--because the bed wasn't all that great, but everything else was fantastic.
No free parking or free breakfast. That was the only real bummer, but it's pretty standard for Anaheim hotels so it doesn't really work as a mark against it.
I'd stay here again no problems!

Thanks so much for your videos! You guys are priceless! For our trip in March 2024 it was a choice between The Anaheim and Candy Cane. We went with Candy Cane for five nights because of the included breakfast and parking and it was wonderful, the Anaheim looks great too! We've been back home for 2 weeks and we're still watching your videos! 😃 Cheers!

One small recommendation I'd make to improve your videos is to try to look into the camera more frequently instead of the screen so it doesn't appear that you're looking off to the side. The Anaheim is an older hotel, a few years younger than Disneyland itself. I've come across similar roomspace architecture in Hawaii, Texas, Pennsylvania, and a bunch of other places...the build is solid and adaptable -- it was built by guys who were building schools, offices, apartments, and homes after the war. It should last and stand pretty much forever as long as they maintain it. 🙂

@@vinceghio We have stayed there once before. It was a really long time ago, but it’s too far away for us to consider. We prefer the ones within walking distance.
I know you can grab the Toy Story Bus, but that requires waiting in line and folding up the stroller.
It’s very very low on our list of places to stay.
