The triptych of poisoning the homeless man, chowing down on Definitely Not Human Meat, and pirouetting to stab Dr. Turner with the garden shears never fails to make me smile. Halligan!

@@Lemon--Boy With just a cursory glance at the word 'hooligan' this would even be the most appropriate as the Oxford dictionary says that hooligan most likely comes from a rowdy Irish family in the 1890s. With the Irish being the last hold outs of Celts and the Druidry in the game, I find it funny.
Maybe the true mystery is the Druids we meet along the way.

i loved mandalore's review of this game and recently a friend of mine told me this animation was not the real ending of the game and basically ive been living a lie

I've seen the mandalore playthrough like 30 time, and this is 100% the canon ending in my head. I've seen the real ending and it's just a disappointment by comparison

Halligan is legitimately one of the most unhinged protagonists of any game i've ever seen. even though he is as sentient as that of a singular grape, Halligan is truly an icon of the ages.
amazing song and splendid anim; it made me break out into laughter multiple times. you've gotten the completely deranged vibes of the video game down perfectly.

Like him or love him, Detective Brent Halligan is the most interesting game protagonist of all time.

This freakin song is an easy S+ tier of catchy.... like it should be illegal, there may be nothing more catchy than this song in existence and what makes that really funny is how niche this whole thing is and how few people could possibly comprehend wtf its about. I dont usually watch long Mandalore videos but that one was worth 10/10 and 12/10 for this song.
That game was so bizarre that I initially thought this was the actual end scene.

This is beautiful on so many levels. The lyrics are amazing and catchy, the song is super pleasant and fits the cheesiness of the game, the cinematography is awesome, and I’ve spent the last 45 mins watching and listening to this because of how beautiful it is. It’s legitimately heartwarming too.

After the bizarrely strange adventure that the Mystery of the Druids is, this is EXACTLY what you need to bring you back down into reality and put you in a happy mood. I cannot overstate how perfectly the animation and the music go together to wrap a nice little bow on this otherwise cursed game.
Halligan is by far one of the best adventure game protagonists ever written.

Seriously though what the hell was that solution he just straight up disembowelled her when he could of just slapped her or something and get the same results 🤣 10/10 would play it if it wasn’t so prone to crashing.
While I enjoyed laughing along with Mandy and his bud during the gameplay over like 5 days, this is what cemented Droods into my heart forever.
