I found this practice a bit faster, yet still thoughtfully paced. I always appreciate how you take time to warm up the body gradually. The way you set up the balancing asanas is also excellent because I feel I'm naturally spilling forward into them rather than struggling, which forms resistance and tension. I also love the lions' breaths. I needed them. Yeah!!!
