Hi Jenny, nach der Anahata Asana habe ich etwas Schwierigkeiten zurück zu kommen, ohne dass ich denke mein Rücken bricht entzwei. Kann ich meinen Rücken in Katzenbuckel transormieren, wenn ich aus der Pose komme ?
Hi Madlen, danke für dein Feedback. Ja genau, es ist hilfreich, wenn du die Körpermitte richtig anspannst (Rücken geht Richtung Katzenbuckel) und das Gesäß nach hinten zurückziehst. Es lohnt isch auch, noch einmal reinzuspüren, ob du vielleicht etwas sehr tief in die Haltung gehst. Hoffe, es fällt nächstes Mal schon leichter ☺
