This practice is exactly what I needed and I feel as though I found your channel at the perfect time in my journey. I have struggled all my life with connection to the mind and body with religious trauma in my upbringing and alcohol/drug abuse in my early adult life. Now 3 years sober, I have been educating myself on internal healing and connecting inward- your videos are not only uplifting and encouraging, but they seem to cultivate all of the healing energy that I am currently seeking. I went into todays practice nervous for a 50 minute home practice, worried that I would give up after a busy work day, or lack the energy as it's the second day of my cycle- but I found myself so captivated by the practice and by your guidance that my breath was flowing alongside my body in such harmony that I didn't have a second to think about the time or the intensity until so deep into the practice that we were already winding down to finish. Thank you so much, thank you. I look forward to so many more practices with you and this community. Namaste.

Love the slow flow of this practice. To me, this is the way yoga should be practiced. Everyone wants to do the power thing these days and doing yoga that way can be more injurious, plus one leaves without feeling the calm, wonderful mind experience a slow practice can bring. Absolutely super. I particularly loved the inclusion of the balancing poses, seated twists, seated forward folds, and goddess poses with lifted toes. Side planks, cow pose, and squats are a challenge for me, but I see improvement. There is so much variety in this practice, but you never rush. In addition, your reminders to be gentle with ourselves is very loving and intuitive.
Thank you. A calm flow session that also managed to include pace and some challenging balance postures and transitions that will keep me engaged over and over again. Great verbal reminders about what the practice is about too. 😊
