    Hi Jenny, thank you for this yoga class. While doing the poses I suddently felt this curiousity to know more about your personal Yoga Journey. The last days Ive gone through a lot of doubts regarding doing yoga/ lots of fear because there were so much subconscious fear activated/ religious conditionioning, that through yoga one could worship "wrong gods". Of course the internet will always validate those fears. But now I find myself again brave, trusting my body. The 20 minutes classes feel best to attend/most inviting for me when being in a state of confusion.

    Yes, this one was fun! Great one to do when travelling without a yoga mat. I always love the seated twists to loosen my tight outer hips. Loved it!!!

    This was a lovely practice for a take-it-easy day. I like the variety of flows you have designed and shared on RUclips. This slower practice with longer holds is nurturing. Using the strap at the beginning was great and possibly why I was able to relax in half pigeon with my forehead on the ground for the first time.

    As nice as it always is to hear you guiding us through gently, there are some parts in this flow that need getting used to - specially in the early morning. Nevertheless it was a good start into the day. Thank you!

      @@yoflaminga actually the long beginning on the heels (as you yourself mentioned in the video) and then in the middle too many parts clasping the hands behind the back. My shoulders began to hurt and I had to let go. But mind you, I'm an older model and probably and my comment is purely subjective.
