As a mother of an ADHD teenager I tell you all we want is to help you and for you to be happy. The way my daughter would do it is she would send me a video link or a TikTok that she though she relates to. I’m sure your parents would want to learn more about how to help you thrive.

As a mother of a 14-year-old ADHD daughter, this was extremely helpful. I have been educating myself for 14 years, and it is always good to refresh and revisit and especially during the teens. Thank you I have subscribed and I will be looking for more material from you.

Interesting video. Information on boundary setting and behaviour goals would have been helpful. After all we are raising our young people to be productive members of society and to learn to self manage their behaviours and condition . Non the less great video

Thank you. What do I do to get my 16 year old son to get to school on time. Iam currently having depression anxiety on getting to do good on school his been punish no phone for 4 days. Ever since his rebellious and ditches every day I am tired of yelling not to fo that. I want to learn because I love my son and his disrespecting rules at home bringing a girl that’s not allowed to sleep over. He does it more when I tell him not too, to the point he pushed me over that girl not ok she sleeping or possibly being parent at such a young age how can I not punish him on boundaries and responsibilities to be on time to school? What do I do😢?
    I’n my house his

I have the same situation with my son. All the words you say is exactly the same what my son is doing . I cannot stop him anymore because I'm tired keep telling him with consequences doesn't work. What I do now is just talking to him and let him open up everything and do possible that I could to help him understand I know it's hard but we parent dont give up. I pray that miracle will happen for all teenagers who going through this ADHD and I pray for parents that God will guide us on what to do.

I can relate to this so much. I had to pull him out of school and start homeschooling. I got tired of dragging him to get to school every day. It is still hard to start a schedule at home and do all online assignments . This is mental and emotional draining for me
