Love this. As a very senior citizen, I only have one comment. I get up and down from sewing machine to ironing board frequently and that is deliberate. It's good exercise! Bagging all pieces for one block keeps you organized AND speeds up the process. Having one finished block spurs you on to make the next one, especially since they'll all be unique. Thanks!
This block has got me itching to try it!!! I've watched this video a few times ...thank you for such clear precise instructions... last be that it can be a happy too!! You make it look so easy❤
I am with you there ma'am the encouragement of that way helped me to conquer the hunters star of which I made seven I two nights , keep sewing ma'am as you obviously enjoy it as do I 🎉 ❤
That’s exactly why I don’t put an ironing station beside my machine. It forces me to walk across the room. Too much sitting isn’t good for anyone and I do enough of that working full time. ❤
Oh, I like that. It’s just a lovely quilt. It’s wonderful that you used your scrap pieces as well. Thank you for showing us how it’s done. Keep them coming.❤
I started watching this channel because of this series. Then I found your monthly UFO challenge and BOM Baskets. Love them all. Thanks so much for your creativity and variety. Looking forward to more fun to come.
Love your series. I think this pattern is my favorite so far! Thank you for showing 3 different options! I have to admit that I keep expecting you to show us your empty bins. Some day‼️😉
Mind blown! Another amazing quilt! I would be a “ one block at a time” kind of person, but can hardly wait to make my first block. Thank you again for this wonderful quilt.
I appreciate that you, as an instructor, practice safe cutting methods and don’t cut towards your self or other ways that could cause injury or mess up your cutting. Thanks for all your videos.
I'm loving this series. I don't quilt, but I sew boomerang bags and some clothes. I have half a pillowcase of scraps that I have been cutting into strips - inspired by your series. I binge-watched the previous 6 videos of this series a couple of weeks ago and I can't wait to see what you do next month. I love seeing how much your scraps reduce after each quilt you make. Your videos are very satisfying to watch and make me wish I had more scraps - even though I'm still trimming mine to usable sizes. Thank you for inspiring me!
Another great tutorial! Thank you so much for this series. After reading through the comments, I’d say I’m not the only one with a scrap problem😂. I look forward to your next tutorial.
Love this block and oh, the way your back turned out with the large border around it is very striking. Thanks for sharing all these wonderful scrap projects. My goal for 2024 is to use up a lot of my scraps.
This has been a GREAT series… the thing about scraps is they keep appearing, lot of opportunities to make all the quilts you have so generously given us, Merry Christmas!
I think you just made my favorite scrappy quilt from this series. ❤ This is a great demo of how "old, ugly" fabric can be beautiful. It would be a great Block a Day project. Happy Holidays! I look forward to more in the New Year.
Thanks for the tutorial. Always enjoy your designs and how thorough you are explaining cutting and piecing. One comment is mixing batik and cotton. Batiks shrink in the dyeing process. Would recommend pre-washing cottons.
I really liked this quilt block and the way it all came together in the quilt. I now want to make this design. Thank you for the video tutorial inspiration
I love your videos. You always have patterns I will actually make and this is my favorite of all your jellyroll patterns, although they are all beautiful.
I love your quilt a very interesting design , it looks a bit hard but if you organised yourself the your way it will be easier to work the pattern .well done

I do the same for the exercise. It can be tiring sometimes, but I value the leg work so as to keep me from getting stiff.
That is my exercise routine while quilting too. Keeps the blood moving to prevent varicose veins 😊
