@darcysixstringsninelives3493 I agree that Blood of the Nations is definitely the best of the Mark Tornillo fronted albums & I've found all the albums after it pretty much sound the same & I don't find the songs are as good. I find the most recent 3 albums pretty uninspired & average. I think they set such a high mark with those 5 classic 80's era albums that it was impossible for them to better them. Good to hear your thoughts on the albums Darcy. I'd say your top 6 is essential Accept. The first 3 with Mark are very refreshing and you can see the band is rejuvenated. yeah got to agree with the no.1 choice, essential metal album regardless of what style you like.

Love the songs from Predator that had Peter Baltes on vocals. George Alexander aka Akexander Young originally gave I'm A Rebel to his brothers who did a demo but never released it. There are the AC/DC demo on RUclips. Alexander Young sang on the recording with Bon Scott on backing vocals.
Any of your top three, could be number one.Depends on the day. All fantastic albums. I watched your vid and revisited Eat the Heat. Back in the day, i immediately dismissed it, No Udo, Poofy hair and sappier songs. I was more into thrash by that time and a closed minded teen. 54 yr old me likes it. Some good songs on there and the singer has a helluva voice. Stampede is my favourite Tonello album . Theyre all pretty solid bit was underwhelmed by the latest release. Still, they are an awesome band. Thank you for your video.

Very thoughtfully put together....such a a great Ranking, and so many memories coming back. When I got into Metal as a Teenager, the Band had split up shortly before, must have been 1989, and I hated it! Accept is one of those Bands that I cannot go without... and I already got Tickets to See them in November 🤘best whishes!🤘
I agree with what you said about staying a life (live album). It is also one of mine favorite live albums. Accept in their prime on a tour supporting their best album metal heart.
It’s my most played live album in my entire collection! It’s Accept at the top of their game, pure Balls To The Wall metal! Thanks as always 🤘 Cheers from Canada
Just 3 words: Accept or die! Great list you made. Here is a tier I came up with regarding the albums I am familiar with: S Restless And Wild, Blood Of The Nations, Balls To The Wall A Metal Heart, Humanoid, Blind Rage, Objection Overruled, Too Mean To Die, Stalingrad B Russian Roulette, The Rise Of Chaos C n/a D n/a E n/a If they make vinyl re-issues of the first 3, then I will get them ✊
I hope you’re able to grab a copy of Breaker at some point, you need it lol. Let’s hope they reissue it soon. Thanks for sharing your list, the tier format is cool 🤘 Take care ~ Darcy
The original presses are on eBay and none of them are expensive you know. The slow ballad ones are usually my favourite songs. Can't Stand the Night is probably my favourite song that they do.
You’re right I need to check out eBay, I know you’ve told me that before but I’m just not a good listener! I’m glad you are enjoying the ‘79 to ‘89 period … took you long enough 😂
My ranking: 1. Metal Heart 2. Blind Rage 3. Balls to the Wall 4. Restless & Wild 5. Breaker 6. Objection Overruled 7. Stalingrad 8. Blood of the Nations 9. Too Mean to Die 10. Death Row Nice video! I’m not familiar enough with the first two albums, Russian Roulette, Eat the Heat, Pretador, The Rise of Chaos nor the new album to include them in my ranking. It’s random that it’s exactly these albums that I still haven’t heard (most of), but now I’m saving them a bit so I can have something I don’t know well from back in the day to listen to for the first time in the future. But if the singles are anything to go by, Humanoid unfortunately seems like the weakest of the Tornillo era to me. I did buy the album through Sweden Rock Magazine with photo of the guitars from the Restless & Wild cover signed by Wolf Hoffmann attached, which was cool. The single I like the most is Frankenstein, but the lyrics are silly. A bit like Midnight Stranger about Superman off U.D.O.’s Game Over - the music rocks, but come on … Also honestly despise the AI music video … I know Frankenstein is also the only song Uwe Luilis contributed music to on the final album, so maybe he can help out more in the future. The first Accept album I bought was also Metal Heart, a used CD at a local flea market maybe 6-7 years ago, but I think Metal Heart would’ve gotten first place even without sentimental reasons. Cool to hear that your number one Accept album is also your number one in heavy metal. I don’t think I can say the same, since I think each album has its highs and not quite as highs. But Accept is probably my favourite heavy metal band. I would also like to see Joel Hoekstra as a permanent member. He is probably my favourite guitarist of ones I’ve really found in the last couple of years - with Joel Hoekstra’s 13, Iconic, and, admittedly to a much lesser degree, Revolution Saints. I do at least hope he can join the European tour as well, so I can see him live with the band in November. I’m also going to see Dirkschneider play Balls to the Wall in its entirety a year from now, which will be cool. First time seeing Udo & co. under the Dirkschneider banner! Will you see U.D.O. on the American tour? It would be a huge undertaking, but it would be very cool to see someone tackle the entire Accept universe discography in one ranking. One could set the bar that a (former) member of either Accept or U.D.O. must be involved (so f.ex. Jorn’s Over the Horizon Radar could be included through Francesco Jovino), two former or current members of Accept must been involved (so including Iron Allies, but not Victory), or that session work doesn’t count (f.ex. for Peter Baltes: Don Dokken album would be included, Paul Shortino album would not) or some other limitation. Also, just a heads up, Deaffy and Wolf Hoffmann are not married anymore. Ava-Rebekah Rehman, the violinist from the Symphonic Terror tour and three German concerts last year, is Wolf’s girlfriend. Deaffy also retired from managing the band some years ago, so I don’t know if we’ll see more contributions from her, unfortunately.
Thanks for sharing your Top 10 & and thank you very much for the awesome comment! I totally appreciate the time it took you to type all that, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! Thanks as always 🤘 Stay Heavy ~ Darcy

I really like where you placed Objection Overruled. It’s an overlooked gem in their catalog & definitely the best of the reunion! Always nice to see a comment pop-up from you 🤘 Cheers my friend
I'm live commenting while watching, so here goes... Huh...I've got to say...I don't hate Predator. If I knew someone who was looking to get into Accept and wanted them to steer clear of a particular album--and this is just my opinion, for what it's worth--I'd tell them to avoid Accept's first album, given that it just doesn't sound anything like Accept. ...and wow, Rise of Chaos second from the bottom! Interestingly, that's my second favorite of the Tornillo era after Blood of the Nations. 😅 Hell yeah! Those Uwe Lulis Grave Digger albums getting a shout out! Surprised to see some of these more recent albums so low. For me, their first two albums rank dead last (except I'm a Rebel...so catchy!), followed by their mid-90s output, then...things get messy because the quality is so flippin' high. I actually think their most recent effort is probably the weakest of the Tornillo albums, even though I'm still enjoying the heck out of it. ...and yep, there's Eat the Heat, which I rank about where you do. I have a soft spot for glam and EtH is a prime example of quality hard rock/glam metal. Wow, you ranked I'm a Rebel waaay up there. I was a bit late to the party on that one and didn't buy it until after Blood of the Nations came out, which may explain why I'm not as high on it as you. "Five albums I could not live without." You said it, dude. My top five are... 5) Russian Roulette 4) Balls to the Wall 3) Breaker 2) Metal Heart ("Commercial" be damned, this album rules!) 1) Restless and Wild Great video as always!
Nice list Having never listened to the 3 reunion albums until recently I actually enjoyed them. Muted guitars and more bass and drum driven. It’s probably blasphemy to some but Accept and I’m a Rebel are my two least favorite Accept records. Metal Heart and Too Mean to Die are my favorites. Blood of Nations, Stalingrad, Breaker, Balls to the Wall, Restless and Wild, Blind Rage, are great And I dig Predator and Death Row. Primitive is a sick song and that’s an unpopular opinion I’m sure.
I used to skip over Accept & I’m A Rebel all the time, but they grew on me over the years, especially I’m A Rebel. Thanks for the great comment & thanks for watching 🤘 Cheers from Canada
Thanks for the hard work compiling this list. Is it more difficult when there’s two long term singers involved and comparisons are inevitable? My friends and I tried to rank Sabbath once and it nearly ended in a brawl 😂

Hi Darcy!!! i still remember the day i heard for the first time "Fast....." back in the day, since them love their music. I still have my OG "Eat the Heat" cassette with the alternative cover, it's a chilean pressing, not a fan of that album thou, lol...... Sawthem live for the fist time on the Stalingrad tour and they recorded that show here and added as a bonus disc on the deluxe edition of Blin Rage, awesome show!!! cheers and be well
Great video Darcy, one of my all-time favorite bands, can't wait to see them in September!! I doubt I could make an accurate ranking without some major work lol I do know Humanoid would be a lot higher for me. Keep up the great work my friend!!
I sure wish I lived closer to you, I’d be standing right beside you at that concert! Yes standing, you’re at Metal shown get off your ass 😂 Cheers brother
It’s not really that far, not close but I have a ticket with your name on it 🤘
I'll just go back and copy-n-paste my list from your last video, as I don't think I've added any Accept since then. 😬
I remember you having Blood Of The Nations at the top for the Tornillo era, great choice there!
Nice ranking 🤟 Man you should definitely check Blaze Bayley albums out they're great. Did you check out Trick Or Treat?? You can begin with Rabbits' Hill part 2. Stay rocking!!

I hope they add a few more Canadian dates, I’d love to go! Thanks for the kind words, always appreciated 🤘 Stay Heavy ~ Darcy

Here is a tier I came up with regarding the albums I am familiar with:
S Restless And Wild, Blood Of The Nations, Balls To The Wall
A Metal Heart, Humanoid, Blind Rage, Objection Overruled, Too Mean To Die, Stalingrad
B Russian Roulette, The Rise Of Chaos
C n/a
D n/a
E n/a
If they make vinyl re-issues of the first 3, then I will get them ✊
I hope you’re able to grab a copy of Breaker at some point, you need it lol.
My ranking:
1. Metal Heart
2. Blind Rage
3. Balls to the Wall
4. Restless & Wild
5. Breaker
6. Objection Overruled
7. Stalingrad
8. Blood of the Nations
9. Too Mean to Die
10. Death Row
Nice video!
@@darcysixstringsninelives3493 Haha, yeah, probably the longest comment I've written on RUclips --- but I don't get the chance much to talk about this stuff - so thanks for your channel!
Keep the comments coming! I try my best to respond to as many as I can, but I guarantee you I read every one of them :))

I really like where you placed Objection Overruled. It’s an overlooked gem in their catalog & definitely the best of the reunion! Always nice to see a comment pop-up from you 🤘 Cheers my friend
Im working nites so im watching your rankings😁🤟🇮🇪
You must be really bored 😂 Enjoy
I'm live commenting while watching, so here goes...
Huh...I've got to say...I don't hate Predator.
If I knew someone who was looking to get into Accept and wanted them to steer clear of a particular album--and this is just my opinion, for what it's worth--I'd tell them to avoid Accept's first album, given that it just doesn't sound anything like Accept.
...and wow, Rise of Chaos second from the bottom! Interestingly, that's my second favorite of the Tornillo era after Blood of the Nations. 😅
Hell yeah!
5) Russian Roulette
4) Balls to the Wall
3) Breaker
2) Metal Heart ("Commercial" be damned, this album rules!)
1) Restless and Wild
Great video as always!
Great fuckin band! Before watching, I don't care.great band.I will enjoy this!
I won’t argue that lol. Thanks for hanging out with me 🤘 Cheers from Canada
@@darcysixstringsninelives3493 cheers
Nice list
Having never listened to the 3 reunion albums until recently I actually enjoyed them. Muted guitars and more bass and drum driven.
It’s probably blasphemy to some but Accept and I’m a Rebel are my two least favorite Accept records. Metal Heart and Too Mean to Die are my favorites. Blood of Nations, Stalingrad, Breaker, Balls to the Wall, Restless and Wild, Blind Rage, are great
And I dig Predator and Death Row.
Oh, I expected the Debut to be the one you didn't like.
1. Balls to the Wall (1983)
2. Restless and Wild (1982)
3. Russian Roulette (1986)
4. Metal Heart (1985)
5. Stalingrad (2012)
6. Blood of the Nations (2010)
7. Blind Rage (2014)
8. Breaker (1981)
9. Objection Overruled (1993)
10. Humanoid (2024)
11. Too Mean to Die (2021)
12. Deathrow (1994)
13. Accept (1979)
14. The Rise of Chaos (2017)
15. Predator (1996)
16. I'm a Rebel (1980)
17. Eat the Heat (1989)
Always nice to see other people’s point of view, thanks for sharing your ranking! 🤘Cheers Kevin
Sweeeeeeet. Next, I hope Iced Earth.
This summer for sure, you have my word 🤘 Cheers Charles
Thanks for the hard work compiling this list. Is it more difficult when there’s two long term singers involved and comparisons are inevitable? My friends and I tried to rank Sabbath once and it nearly ended in a brawl 😂
Top 6 , any of the Mark era ..... and smelly 11 bottom end put UDOs in a blender and make a firey flatulent bum ripping omelette 😆
I smelt this comment coming a mile away 😂 And next time don’t hold back, tell us how you really feel 🤣
