    • @erikaherod3399
      @erikaherod3399 2 года назад +3

@@emiliaowczarek5925 so when I started i was told it was only okay to do this work out every other day but as you said that wasn’t working for me either. so I did it everyday, Monday- Friday and I rested on the weekends but I made sure to soak in salt water or take a ice bath and really take care of your bodies healing during those 2 days off. i wore a sauna suit (does wonders, absolutely love it) while doing these workouts and I added other workouts so it’s not just 10 min of the same thing everyday. I did 30-40 min in total, I just added other an workouts or belly workouts on top of what’s in the video for the sole purpose of 10 min not being enough.
Just on a side note, the sauna suit is very helpful because it gets rid of the water weight faster and you’ll sweat way more, it has helped me see my results faster and burn more calories.
I hope this was helpful :)

For anyone complaining of the neck thing. The reason why it hurts your neck is because you use your neck as help to get up and down. Next time try to only use your six-pack. Thanks hope this makes a difference.😁

@@achinthyashabaraya5502 look at the ceiling/sky instead of straight ahead. Then focus on your abs and make sure you really feel them, the more strained they feel the better. If you feel pain strain in your neck take a break. You are either not doing the exersice correctly, or your muscles got so tired from doing it right that they cant keep up and other muscles sneakily try to compensate. You can tell which on is the case by seeing if your abs are getting tired at all. If your neck tires before your abs you are just not keeping your head the right way. If both are very strained the exercise is too heavy for now, just go slower/do pess reps.
To summarize; improve technique and use your abs not your neck. If problems persist switch to a lighter exercise.

Emma Watson I started off doing the level 1 workout. It was really difficult at first but after a few weeks of doing it every day I was able to complete it. It was around this time I noticed my abs becoming more defined. I would say level 1 took me just over a month before I had a six pack. After 2 months of level 1, I moved onto level 2. I noticed this made my abs much more defined and I definitely had a clear six pack after a couple of weeks of level 2. This works for me, however I naturally don’t put on much weight and I do a lot of exercise anyway, so I don’t have much belly fat. A great piece of advice I would give is to do it early in the morning. I include it as part of my morning routine so it doesn’t hang over me all day like something I’ve got to do, and I’ve actually found I enjoy doing it.

This used to be a great routine, but today is the first time I've had commercials breakup the middle of the workout. It takes way longer than the 10 second break, and is quite frustrating especially if I want to skip them and have to get up to come click. Do double commercials at the beginning or add one at the end, but not in the middle, please!

When people are slightly messing up on proper posture during an exercise then are willing to admit their troubles in order to get feedback and improve I too like to call them stupid, for that type of generalization and negativity reminds me of my innate superiority and intelligence. Mert cocelli i used to have a lot of fat belly, my hips were gone. I started eating clean, which means I strictly erase white flours, sugar and junk food like rice, noodles, juice with sugar. I train with empty stomach first thing in the morning, ate breakfast at 10 am, a lot of fruit and some eggs, not all the yolk. Then lunch before 6pm. Did some cardio. I've eating clean for 2 weeks, working out with RUclips for one week now, cardio and abs, a little of bum, workout and I have now little belly fat. It's not gone yet, but the improvement is motivational enough. Its a little bit formed on the upper abs even. So, you don't need to actually get ride of belly fat before abs workouts, I believe they complement themselves.

Let me be frank with all you guys, this workout does work, but it'll take serious commitment, I done this for 6 months non-stop, and i really got a nice six pack, I used to do every morning lvl 3, then summer came and I've been inactive for almost 2 months, my 6pack decreased for a 4 pack, and now I struggle doing lvl 2, so yeah guys go ahead, I advice you to do this every day, unless you are in alot of pain, if thats the case skip one day, and you'll surely get a 6 pack (and it really draws girl's attention :) ) and you'll get in in 6 to 12 months (considering you are normal weight). I didn't change my diet because I'm 15 and I've got a super fast metabolism, but you probably should search a proper diet for you, also do something like swimning or running, it's important to burn fat, believe me I use to have a lot of fat :). Now go ahead make me proud :) As Shia would say "Just do IT" :)

am i the only one who gets little to no neck pain? i feel it in my core more than anything. I find myself laying on the floor for like 5 minutes after im done with this lol. the double crunch and the reverse crunch are the most challenging for me.

    • @Matstoen
      @Matstoen 10 лет назад +6

no you're not the only one who feels little to no neck pain. i feel it most in the core too, and the double crunch and reverse crunch are the most challenging to me too. short answer is we fell exactly the same. i think it might be because most people don't focus enough on using their abs instead of their neck

It's when you train more your neck rather than the abs, what I did is that I just made the same exercises each day, and no more neck pain and ABS are trully working :D

i feel some neck pain, its cause you use your neck for doing these exersises, i try not to but i cant do it 100% because my abs are not strong yet..

I've been doing the 1rst step for a week. I've recently started the 2nd step a few days ago. After the workout I suggest doing more sit ups or crunches. I weigh 135 and have a 4 pack since I've started this workout! Do it everyday for about 4 weeks and it will show !!!

  • @petarmih

Excellent routine. I started doing this a month ago (went directly to lvl 2) and i just kept doing it. It was hard at first, but then after 2-3 weeks i was doing the entire routine with easy. I still have a long way to go to get a six pack, but i definitely see the difference. Just keep trying, and you will succeed. :D

    • @salv8750

Fat and working. Fat transforms to muscle when you burn those calories. Dedication is the key.

    • @nickarry
      @nickarry 10 лет назад +7

it doesn't transform into muscle surely? i thought muscle tissue tore and degraded through intense use, then on repair it builds back healing over its'self, the fat is just broken down and used for energy when glucose and existing energy levels run low

Going to try to do this for 2 months WILL UPDATE
Any days I miss I will add a day. 8 days missed so far
My starting body type and physical shape:
I am 13, female, weight around 113 (rough guess), height 5'4. And I have been a dancer most of my life. I skipped level 1 because of being in good physical shape from being a dancer.
    Day 1 Sunday:
definitely felt a big burn. Had to take breaks every 10 reps of an exercise some times 20 reps.
    Day 2 Monday:
was sick so I missed it counting it as my rest day
    Day 3 Tuseday:
The workout got easier. I did not take as many breaks as much as I did the first day only took breaks every 20 reps (of an exercise) sometimes 40 reps. Starting to see a little bit of definition around my abs
    Day 4 Wensday:
Felt a discomfort in my abs. Today I did better in my workout, I took less and shorter breaks every 40 reps (of an exercise)sometimes 20 reps. For the first time I felt a little workout in my neck, but not as much as everyone else is saying. Went to bed with no soreness in my neck and barely a discomfort in my abs
    Day 4 Thursday:
Getting easier did not take long breaks in between exercises only after
    Day 5 Friday:
My butt hurt today I don't know why. I did not do this ab workout I did a different one
    Day 6 Saturday:
Only paused it a few times. not seeing much change in my abs. I do feel stronger tho
    Day 7 Sunday:
    Same thing as Saturday
    Day 8 Monday:
Super happy. Only paused the video (for a few seconds) once for a break
    Day 9 Tuesday:
Only paused the video once for 10 seconds, but I did stop every so often for 2 seconds. no look change to my abs
    Day 10 Wednesday:
Did not pause the video. Did stop doing the workout every so often for 2 seconds
    Day 11 Thursday:
Did not pause the video or take any breaks
    Day 12 Friday:
Did it. Starting to see some defanition
    Day 13 Saterday:
Did it, did not pause the video
    Day 14 Sunday:
Did it, did not pause the video
    Day 15 Monday:
Did it, did not pause the video.
    Day 16 Tuesday:
Did it, did not pause the video. If I flex really hard I see a few lines
    Day 17 Wednesday:
    Completed
    Day 18 Thursday:
    Was thanksgiving I skipped
    Day 19 Friday:
    Completed
    Day 20 Saterday:
Completed. I see a slight 6 pack if I flex really hard. not noticeable for any one else to see
    Day 21 Sunday:
    Completed
    Day 22 Monday:
Have a strange hip pain do not want to make it worse missed
    Day 23 Tuseday:
    Same as yesterday
    Day 24 Wednesday:
    Sick. Missed.
    Day 25 Thursday:
    Sick. Missed.
    Day 26 Friday:
    Sick. Missed.
    Day 27 Saterday:
I'm not sick or having any pain. So I did the work out. I don't think I lost too much strength from missing so much
    Day 28 Sunday:
    Completed
    Day 29 Monday:
    Completed

I have been using this video and "10 Min Abs Workout -- At Home Abdominal and Oblique Exercises" Video on here for about a month and a half Alternating everyday and with maybe 1 or 2 rest days a week. I can def feel a difference in my stomach(its tighter) and i feel my abs coming in!!! I was skeptical at first because everyones body type is different, but This does work if you work it!!! Some people will notice a difference in 2 weeks. Others, it may take longer, all depending on your body type!! Never give up tho!

I've been doing these exercises for over a month, I'm on level 2 right now. I feel like I'm getting the upper two packs, but really not quite difference in lower abdominal region

That's because a lot more fat is stored in your lower belly area, so they are most certainly just covered by fat.

I had same neck problem. Try not to look forward while you are doing crunches. If you look straight up your neck muscles are more relaxed, so you do not feel any pain. Thumb this up, so everybody can see.

Hi :) It depends on how much fat u need to get rid of, so you can see those abs. The more fat you have =the longer time it takes. And actually, I've learned that in order to build those muscles you've gotta be careful about working them out too much (doing sit-ups and stuff), cause then they don't have time to build up again and get stronger/bigger. (I speak for all muscles.) And you also need to do some other exercises for the other muscle groups in your core. For getting those two lines in the side, you have to train your obliques, by doing some planks, etc. Doing sit-ups won't do everything for you. Look it up on google.

And also, the more muscles you work, the faster the results will come. The more muscle groups it works, the better the exercise is. :) If you want to burn fat, do some cardio. But a healthy diet is also one of the most important things, so don't forget to eat healthy, or else it ain't working and just a waste of time. If you got more questions, I'm here... I've got my experiences....lol

If your necks hurting, you are probably straining your neck instead of engaging your abs. First week is always a nightmare for beginners.

You should also make sure you are using your abs to pull you up and not your neck.

Actually, that's not because I'm not doing it right, it's because my abs can't hold up the pressure, that's why the neck is pressured as well. and.. you suck, moeto momche.
