    For those complaining about level 2, don't be worried. Level 3 is actually easier... so I always stay with 2... That being said, in order to get from 1 to 2... do exercise number 1 for about a month, then do it without your legs crossed, once you can do level 1 without your legs crossed for about a month, try this one, and you should be able to do most of level 2. Even if you still can't do all of level 2, stick to it, little by little, you'll eventually be able to do it. That's how I did it. Again, I wouldn't move on two level 3, it's to easy compared to level 2 for some reason.

    *Update* Just to give some encouragement to you'll this program really works, I did it 10 years ago in HS and saw some of the best results I've seen in my life (more than traditional weights). You can literally just jump straight to level 2, skip 1, even if you have to use your knees and can't complete the reps. You will eventually get there around 9 months. Then to push it to the next level you can add weights to your back or a backpack.
    It's been10 years, and I'm getting back in shape, I can barley do anything not even close to what I could do before, but if I could do it you can do it :)

    • @Zorel9
      @Zorel9 10 лет назад +1

      You should mix them.Do first part from level 2 and the rest from level 1,or however you prefer and feel ok.

    Used to do alternate every day between this one and the ab workout back in 2014, it used to feel so fun and rewarding then. Visually the best shape I've ever had. I just know it's not gonna be the same now..

  • @banzaiian

    its not that hard im 37 and i do it twice every second day. best to try and do level 1 off your feet. then try twice a day with a decent break inbetween. morning / afternoon . then start level 2.
