I have a biopsy next week and I've been anxious about it. Thank you for sharing your story. It has helped me so much. I appreciate your honesty and emotional story. So happy that you are doing well!
Praying that your biopsy goes well next week. It's actually quite an easy process to go through honestly. The emotions are harder to deal with than the physical effects during and after the procedure. That being said, use the recovery time to rest your mind as well while you wait for results. You're getting things checked out ahead of time so hopefully that will bring good news.

Hi Diana! I’m glad you found me this way! Kind of fun? But I’m sorry you had to have a thyroid biopsy done. I’m hoping you too get negative results. 🤞🏻I go back to my doctor in a few weeks, so I guess that’s a good time for a follow up video! I too hope that you recover quickly from the biopsy. I have waited for this video. How great is our Lord!!! I am so happy for you, yaaaa. You must feel so relieved. I go faithfully to get my mammogram. My mom had breast cancer n so did my Grandfather. I am very happy to hear your results! Tomorrow I have my biopsy and I'm a bit nervous, I'm not really scared of needles but the fact that it's in my neck that scares me. I'll tell you how it went if you want to know. I hope you are well!. : )
I too was a little nervous about the procedure being on my neck, but it was actually really easy! Easier than a root canal or crown at the dentist! Ha! Just make sure you have ice packs to put on your neck after the procedure. The swelling is uncomfortable, and the cold ice feels really good. Rest the first two days after too. Good luck with all of it, and I'll be praying for good results!
I hope by this time you found a new primary doctor. That is a horrible way to practice medicine and follow up on a such a sensitive matter with a patient. You deserve better! ❤ Thankful you are clear! That is a blessing!

Hi Dayna, I was scrolling thru videos to see how the Thyroid FNA's were done and seen your videos. I'm scheduled to get my FNA on June 8th 💉😒, and I'm so nervous lol! Even though I've seen the process you went thru and it wasn't that bad, just some swelling and bruising, I'm still nervous lol. I'm like you as in being a very social person who likes to get feedback and be calmed by medical staff, my primary doctor isn't very social and is quick to her point so I totally get what you're saying, and now the endocrinologist is even more serious and not very personable. I know this all happened for you last year but I hope I can get a reply from you. I have family members that have thyroid issues and my dad passed away from throat cancer a long time ago, not hereditary I was told so that's a relief. Anyways, I hope a year later you and your family are doing well and I'll let you know how my biopsy went! Many blessings to you and your family. 🙏💜🔥✝️
You're ok to be nervous about this process. I was really nervous as I'd never had a biopsy done before. I hope that it goes smoothly for you too. I would just mention when you go in that this is your first time having something like this done, and maybe they'll be a little softer and more communicative with you. Let me know how it goes too; I'd love to be a support to you no matter the results.

I’ll take the “on fleek” for sure!! My teenagers will roll their eyes at me, but that’s ok! Ha! My dad has been amazing since my mom passed away. He’s realizing how much he can connect with all of us.

So happy to hear your results are negative. I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease 25 years ago. My thyroid literally ran so fast it killed itself. So now I am hypo and take Synthroid. More doctors need to test woman for thyroid disease. It’s just a blood test but for some reason they don’t do it.

@@daynacreates1105 Fortunately I got a call that said there were no abnormal cells located. I was so relieved. However, now I'm just waiting to meet with my doctor to go over the next steps.

Hello so happy for you receiving great news. I had a thyroid biopsy this week and I was wondering after your biopsy did you have any discomfort or pain in your neck because I’m noticing that it’s starting to hurt to swallow and it’s been like four days.
First of all, thank you for reaching out. Second, I’m sorry you’re experiencing this as well. Yes, the pain in your neck is normal, but at day 4, you’re close to it feeling better. It gets pretty swollen, so it’s no wonder it’s hard to swallow. Just keep taking it easy, and you’ll feel better soon. Good luck with your results too. Praying for the best.

I had thyroid biopsy 27/7/22 and still had no result so I rang hospital this morning and they said that samples are still being tested and said no results yet. Don't know what to think
You'll probably get the results very soon. My doctor said that certain tests take a little longer, so not to read into the longer delay in results. Sending you my thoughts as you wait.

@@daynacreates1105 2 weeks after biopsy results back today.... benign thank our lord 🙏....... massive relief cried a wee bit this morning on the phone from hospital. Well all I can say is if u come back to Ireland plz go the Atlantic coast....Kerry and Donegal are very breathtakingly beautiful I need them visits very often to remind me how beautiful my island is because it is easy to forget about that whilst living in Dublin 💚🤍🧡 ps ur video is beautiful and I love how u Express ur emotion it tells me life is still beautiful.
