DOES LOUISIANA HAVE RFA.?
Yes, Dr. Emad Kandil at Tulane. I have 2 interviews with him on this channel. Here is one: ruclips.net/video/NWBAU5W5qDo/видео.htmlsi=C_qQeZqutMJVM1UC
I have thyroid nodules benign I have struggled with PT, where I feel out of breath, labored breathing. I was told it was depression. I’ve never felt depressed. Well, energy, foggy unclear. Thinking. I did have some thyroid test in years ago. It was normal. Any thoughts or ideas for me? Lately I am having the fatigue again, it comes with some pretty intense life changes, so it’s possible it is depression. I do feel anxious at times..
Request a thyroid ultrasound to rule out any nodules or structural issues. If that's clear, I'd maybe think adrenals. Im not an expert, but I know from personal experience that life changes and stress can be hard on them.
@@ItsmeJenagain I have had an ultrasound. And I do have thyroid nodules. I have had the testing done and they are benign.
In your experience, could this be causing my fatigue?
@@s.thomas5220 it would depend on if they are obstructing your ability to breathe. If so, then possibly. Are you hypothyroid?
Not that I know...
Where in Germany did you go? What is the name of the Hospital or Clinic?
Dr. Korkusuz in Frankfurt Germany.
Does RFA used for medullary thyroid carcinoma?
Not as a first line treatment. However, if it is inoperable RFA can be used as a palliative treatment in some cases.

@@ElinaAlves-do2zrI was I also diagnosed on the 18th of July the day I will never forget. I am also considering the RFA. Did you have your procedure done? I don’t know what to expect.
what ifthe cancer spread in your lympnode.
Patients are carefully screened to determine candidacy and are typically only selected if they have a solitary papillary cancer that is 1 to 1.5 cm or less. Patients with lymph node involvement are not considered to be appropriate candidates. After treatment, they have continuous follow up to monitor for any signs of progression, but typically don't. Papillary thyroid cancer is slow growing does not typically spread.
@@ItsmeJenagainmine has Spread to a lymph node but I still had microwave ablation done. I thought what do I have to lose if I do ablation? No doctor would treat but after 2 years of searching I found someone.
Will report back in 6 months to a year if it worked to those interested.
Nobody does RFA in Hawaii yet!!!

I have follicular cancer. Does RFA work
It is not usually offered for follicular cancer, but you should ask a physician who offers nonsurgical treatment options to be sure of candidacy.
1 third would have thyroid nodules, 5 % of them maybe cancer
That was supposed to say fatigue not PT… Lol
I think its about money and greed
