Wow this really shifted something 🙏 can I please ask: personally I'm in the process of recovering from chronic illness and anxiety and often they talk about shallow breathing as signalling fight flight/sympathetic nervous system. I did this exercise and I actually loved that by the end it was like I didn't really have many thoughts in my head which was amazing 😅🙏 the only thing that did pop up tho was "I wonder if this shallow breathing is a ok technique for ppl moving thru anxiety ?" Would love your thoughts /suggestions if you had time ❤ thank you

This form is def ok. Hyperventilating high in the chest focussing very hard on breathing in and not on breathing out. That form is unhealthy

Being in a head forward position when inhaling restricts breath potential. Posture is important in meditation. Upright, no slumping, no head forward in kyphosis, straight vertebral column head upright chin tucked in slightly. 😂

SEXUAL ENERGY--- Because, nature requires a fixed quantum of energy for any major change, For example, water has a tendency to flow downward. If it gets heated, it does not boil unless and until heat energy increases water’s temperature to 100 degree centigrade. And once that happens, water starts boiling and getting converted into vapor. Now, see the contrast between water and vapor: water flows downward, whereas vapor flows upward; water is liquid and visible to eyes, whereas vapor is gaseous and becomes invisible after merging into atmosphere. Exactly the same happen with pranic energy - when it manifests at the level of lust, the tendency of this energy is to move outward and downward, degrading our consciousness level to animal level - this state is comparable to the water state. But, when after gathering pranic energy for (at least) 12 years without any break in celibacy is achieved, the pranic energy manifests at higher levels of creativity and spiritual bliss, moving more inward and upward - compare this state to the vapor state. And compare the 12 years’ practice of unbroken celibacy to gathering enough heat to make water temperature 100 degree centigrade in order to convert it into the vapor state.

Of course there are "exceptions" to every "rule". Including the information you gave here. Higher laws can transcend lower laws and completely override them. Which means spiritual progress and evolution can be tremendously accelerated by several different factors. By transmissions and energy work received from humans and non physical beings like angels, ascended masters, dragons and galactics. By invoking spiritual energies such as the violet flame of transmutation and by many different types of energy work practices. There are few hard and fast rules. Almost anything that can be imagined is possible. That's how powerful Source is.

I’ve figured out myself that most calming is if I start with 6 seconds in, 6 seconds out, and go down to 1 in 1 out. Very similar to this
Did you figured this out on your own?
