      There is a video here on youtube called "DMT Quest". In it they claim that there is conclusive evidence that the human brain synthesizes DMT!

    This is my first time for doing breathing exercise. I've never done any kind of breathing exercise before. So it's a whole new experience to me.
    I did the whole 4 rounds tonight and luckily didn't pass out or anything. I feel my hands, my legs, my abs, my head to the neck tingling, and almost got cramps around that area, also I got a bit dizzy though. Otherwise it is very relaxing and pretty fun doing it. I've never feel this relaxed in my whole life. Thank you so much !

    I am exhausted I am someone with adhd and anxiety and after 2 rounds I layed still for 45 minutes. I don’t know if I’ve ever done that in my life

    I have been doing Wim Hofs breathing technique for almost 3 years. The last 2 years I have no longer suffered from moods of hopelessness and tiredness. And a Stiff neck I used to get twice a year. … is gone. But this DMT breathing of yours really was so uplifting…. I’ll have to implement that to. :). Thank you for explaining everything so clear.

    I've been using this video and breathing almost every morning and evening in preparation of my triathlon.
    I did a lot of diverint things but I think this really made the difference.
    I will keep on doing it at least 4 - 5 days a week beside some other breathing techniques.

    Hello Tim, I felt mild dizziness, mild tingling sensation in my hands and feet, and strongest sensation in my mouth and whole face.
    In between the rounds, I want to sleep but after the whole session, I felt so energized and fresh.
    I've been doing Wim Hof's for quite a while now and been practicing semen retention.
    They are giving me more energies to tackle enormous tasks at work and keep my EGO at ease.
    I want to thank you for this video. :)

    Brilliant Tim. Thanks for this. Not meaning to ‘over share’ here Been doing Wim and the App all year ( also Dispenza work and breath meditations etc etc ) This was the first time THIS breathing video (although I have been doing your work also for a few months 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 ) After two rounds when you said - feel ok to stop - I thought to stop. I was experiencing full body pulsating but I didn’t get to the pause button in time 😱🤩🤣🤣🤣 so went onto 3. At the end of that - the pineal gland area was also pulsing. Did the 4 th round and retained my breath a lot longer than you did here ( a few times with Wims app I’ve gone beyond 3 min but it’s usually mid-2’s) and then stayed in meditation after release. I’m sorta guessing this is ok? ??
    Lots of vibrations and physical flicks and colours - no - full PG activation but very close. I’ll be back to this particular practice again. Thanks again. 🌝🌝🌝Cheers Man.

    I did two rounds and it was amazing, I was just full of joy and calmness and I could feel the energy around me. It was beautiful thank you 🙏
    I also found this way more effective than the wif hof method and just felt much more of a euphoric experience

    I've been Wim Hof breathing for about a year, just finished the Fundamentals course.
    Thanks for giving such clear instructions re this breathing approach and your credits to Wim. I'm 67, it is physically demanding :) two rounds for me until I adapt. I appreciate your detail on 'squeezing' the breath, most helpful.
    Wim Hof and James Nestor's book Breath is revolutionizing my life, opening a door that is always here.
    I intend working up to 4 rounds. Life again is more alive. I feel the vitality I had when I was 5 or 6. Overall it feels like a resetting to a time before all the crap beliefs about life were absorbed...they trickle back in but not with the same rootedness; this space/ breath we are, for want of a better way of expressing 'things', is a fresh relief.

    this is by far the best guided breathing video i've came across. i mean it's perfectly suited for me. great work.
    oh, and by the way. to be honest i'm very sceptical about that dmt thingy. there are really limited data and papers that can prove any kind of dmt release. maybe there will be some kind of scientific breakthrough in that field, who knows.

    Thanks a lot for this, Tim. I'm currently on week 8 of the Wimhof fundamentals course, Spirituality, and although he talked about doing dmt breathing, he only dedicated 10 mins of the class to it, and I just didn't get it. This seemed to be the real deal, although I think I'd rather just focus on feeling whatever comes up anywhere in my body, rather than just trying to get deep into my head. I couldn't seem to squeeze the energy there - today at least! Also enjoying doing my horse stance with you. Blessings and success. AJ

    Wow! It's been years since I last been messing with beneficial herbs and these feeling reminded me some of that :)
    anyway, probably the 4th round was too much for me at this point, BUT at the end I couldn't relax properly because on the left side of my face and neck I had my nerves twitching and tingling, very annoying feeling.

    My friend has been telling me to do this to help with my bipolar and PTSD I hafto say after 3 rounds I see why he was telling me to do this I feel like I just had a joint I haven't been this relaxed with out the help of weed in years

      Sure! It is intense so you dont have to do all of it.

      I did just one round and went into space! After a few seconds I realize what had happened but at first I don't know where I am. Of course, I have been doing the WHM for over a year now so it isn't new to me.

    I thought after the 50 breath you do a 1:30-2:00 hold before fully inhaling and squeezing?
    Isn’t that the wim hof method?
    Also this is first time someone mentioned about hands feeling almost paralyzed
    Didn’t know what to make of that one

    Thanks for the video! I get a bit nausea when to breath really fast and trough the mouth. And fear takes over so I had to stop. ( I have suffer from panic attacks so these body sensations reminds me of it) Should I push trough anyway?

      Never push. Nose in mouth out and not as intense until you are comfortable with your anxiety. Did you see my other videos about anxiety and stopping a panic attack?

    I felt like I was vibrating ,
    With my eyes closed I say so many colors in that darkness ..
    I only did 3 rounds . I just started like 3 days ago .

    This is the first time I tried this. Don't feel much at the moment just some tingling in my hands. Do the effects come later on or do they depend on person to person. Also I did this cross-legged can that be a factor as to why I did not feel anything else even after 4 rounds. Anyways I intend to do this for atleast 1 week and post the results.
