I just found your channel while googling something & love it! I subscribed of course : )
I don’t have the medical conditions you mentioned but do have other illnesses. I’ve been trying to heal what I’m able to & am very connected with my body.
With that said do you think it’s ok for me to try this technique when I have hypopituitarism & hypothyroidism? I know you can’t give advice as a dr & I’d absolutely listen to my body.

    • @sherrxoxoz

The only reason I ask is because my doctor mentioned something about the hypothalamus gland and pituitary glad aren’t communicating in my body.
      (That sounds weird haha!)
I’ve been on this healing journey for 225 weeks Strong 🙏 I Really want to try this because I go up to 4 days with no sleep because my pituitary glad doesn’t make the hormones to sleep and so on
Just wanted to ask if I am safe & listen to my body do you think it would be ok to try? Thank you for the videos and help 🙏

lmao, I've always used the expression 'a squirrel on meth'. But yes, I love this clear-cut explanation. I didn't know about the whole clenching muscles thing to move the blood and spinal fluid upwards towards the brain, so many people on youtube completely neglect to mention that simple aspect of the exercise.

First of all thank for delivering to us this important information. My name is harry, I'm really curious about DMT, I really want to experience spirituality and after/near death experience. I have 1 question: after this breathing session how exactly do you feel, do you feel out of your body or you can see hallucinations and geometric visuals as well?

    • @Timvandervliet

@@TimvandervlietThanks for quick response gentleman. It seems like you're really dedicated and willing personality. I'm a good artist in drawing, painting, sculpting and geometry. The geometric visuals people experience after smoking DMT, I used to draw that kind of artworks in secondary school, now Im 24 years old and I feel like, I got these skills for a meaning. I want to visit inside my mind to completely explore my natural talent without smoking any chemical. I believe that we can become far more than just humans. After explore I'll get back to you and post my experiences in comments section. Thanks again, you're doing really great for present generation of humans.

Hi! I was recently doing breathing techniques and i was standing up- bad choice, blacked out and was kinda seizing on the floor. You said epileptic people shouldn’t try this, Im not epileptic to my knowledge but it made me wonder what if I am? Wondering your thoughts on this, also- not doing breathing things standing anymore, that could’ve easily been the reason this happened. Thanks

So, these breathing tech are so good and healthy but saying that dmt gets released its a blasphmy compare to what dmt ingesting or smoking feels or it is in reality.

    • @thisisme5487

I don't think anybody here is claiming it will release the same amount of DMT as when you inhale it from a device.
Of course there will be a difference in effect.

I do 10 rounds of 20 breaths with 2 minute attempts to hold after I get to round 3 or 4 I can make it to 2 minutes I believe that it’s because I have asthma an I’m over weight but currently I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight, but is it normal to still be experiencing the dmt part? Because I do an it’s wonderful, an I have basis of comparison that makes me sure what’s happening, so to make my question clearer, is it possible that because of my breathing problems with asthma an allergy’s for over 30 years that when I do my breathing, i don’t need to go to the average extremes for the benefits of it?

I don't know other than either you got used to it, or you cleaned up. Or it is temporarily and it comes back. Just know that although you dont feel it the work inside your body is done.
