Hi Do you have any tips for me, this was good, but, I have i believe upper back òr chest or constant belly tendon that interferes with my shoulders so i have difficulty with the proper range of motion with my shoulder joints to do technique, I would like to help.myself with Tai Chi .
Check out this book called “breathe”. The author did research on the best length of breath. Roughly, it’s 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out to main a nice healthy balance. If your nervous system need balancing, I would suggest making the exhale longer, to activate the PNS and calm the nervous system. Try it out and let me know how it feels.

I would like to help.myself with Tai Chi .
I would start with stretches like cat/cow on your kneees and then do gentle stretches for your shoulders too help expand your range of motion.
