    Hi Do you have any tips for me, this was good, but, I have i believe upper back òr chest or constant belly tendon that interferes with my shoulders so i have difficulty with the proper range of motion with my shoulder joints to do technique,
    I would like to help.myself with Tai Chi .

      I would start with stretches like cat/cow on your kneees and then do gentle stretches for your shoulders too help expand your range of motion.

    I have neck n shoulder pain. It’s so bad I get dizzy n headaches

      A good chiropractor will align your spine, it helps for dizzy spells 🙏
