I currently have a tooth root canal infection/inflammation. They give antibiotics, which for sure helps, but I've been doing intensive breathing in the last days and it has improved a lot since. What I do is on the breath in I imagine that it builds a big flame in the belly and on the breath out that it burns through the body and burns the bacteria in that area. Like every breath is another bit of "ammunition" that I have :D Also drank litres of ginger tea and ate curcuma, which is supposed to help also with the inflammation and also pushed extra in the cold shower. in the end maybe some of it is placebo but even then, if it helps it helps :)
For the first 5-10 rounds start slow as to not aggravate your migraine. Expand your lower diaphragm letting the air come in naturally. Your diaphragm will automatically move downward creating more space for your lungs, this expansion pulls more air deeper into your lungs engaging more alveoli, which brings more oxygen into the body, after the 5th breath take a full breath in, breathing from the bottom up start filling your lower diaphragm and finish when the air reaches your upper chest. then blow every thing out . this is the most powerful way to detox your body as 70 percent of toxins are breathed out. Then you take a full breath in and hold gently compressing the air in your lower diaphragm. by condensing and holding the air longer with your core muscles you are creating a "forced" gas exchange. This will abundantly supply more oxygen to to blood stream, mitochondria and brain. while further discharging waste on the exhale. After 10 rounds you should comfortably be able to increase the depth of your breath. On the last round you add a breath retention hold , no air in the lungs. this will stimulate a 2-4 percent release of hemoglobin from your spleen and 24 percent increase of IPO released from your kidneys to produce more red blood cells from your bone marrow. On the next breath in your body will uptake even more Oxygen . Then your going to squeeze the blood and synovial fluid up your spine to your brain. This will increase circulation, oxygenate, wash and detox your brain through the glymphatic system ,resulting in homeostasis. Make sure you are hydrated add some minerals or sea salt to your water. a fresh squeezed lemon is good too. If you are very sick and with a migraine you can repeat every 2 hours
Thanks Tim! 😊
Love this. I saved it and use it when I want a Timoteo Treat. Peace, Elly in Miami.
