Have you ever felt like you’d do just about ANYTHING to have thicker fuller hair? I know I have! Honestly, it’s STILL something that tends to bother me on my hair journey. We’re always seeing advertisements for products for thicker hair and, I can’t lie, I’ve fallen for so many of them LIES, honey!
The truth is, so much of hair thickness is hereditary…predetermined…out of our control. So, no matter what products you buy, you won’t be able to change the number of strands that come out of your scalp. Unfortunately…
Even more interesting, studies have actually shown that your ethnicity can play a major role in your hair’s density and hair diameter. I don’t know about you, but it’s kind of comforting knowing that there’s an objective reason for not having the fuller hair I’ve always desired. It just kinda reminds me that…it’s not ME! Lol. It’s just my genes.
However!! Don’t be fooled. There are totally ways to MAXIMIZE your hair’s thickness. We need to hold on to as many strands as possible, especially for those of us with natural thin hair!
Don’t worry, I get into them all in this video so you’re definitely going to want to stay tuned for hair studies and tips to get fuller thicker hair.

Thanks Queen. I have also noticed a decrease in shedding when using Olaplex No.3. This has been a game-changer for me.

Just relaxed last night and it came out terrific!
    I feel so free lol
Hair is thinner than I expected but it’s healthy and still has texture
Noticed that my density varies throughout my head
My back is denser than my sides but my strands are thicker in the crown and top but less density

I've been hearing alot of good stuff about Olaplex3 from other YTs! I use to do black tea rinses, which really helped with hair shedding! I have never tried green tea rinses, but I'm sure it has similar results as a black tea rinse. BTW, I love your wavy curls!! Please do a video on how to achieve this look! Thanks

I haven't tried Olaplex yet but Joico Kpak cuticle sealer has been a God send for my hair! It holds moisture better and is very shiny. It's a little pricy but so worth it.

I will try Olaplex. My strands are extra fine, but very, very dense. A green tea rinse does work, but I find I had to do a very deep condition afterward.

This is useful information. Do the follicles reduce in size then with age as I had extremely thick hair as a young lady but I'm older now and my hair is thinning. I even had alopecia but its growing out now. I talk about my recovery on my channel
