Bob and Tom absolutely rock. They have introduced so many comedians to the general public that otherwise would have never heard of them. Kevin Pollack is amazing. I was rolling when I heard him on their show. Tremendous respect.
Walken is basically supposed to be just be very random and crazy in his movies and life. So he will just say random shit sometimes that makes no sense.

Just because two actors were in a movie does not mean they never met. If they never had a scene that was filmed together they may have completed their roles at different times.

He's very eccentric, and the delivery is unusual - he pauses at random times. The random delivery that Pollock gives is quite how he talks.
