- Today, we'll be doing restorative hip opening stretches at the wall. This 30 minutes yoga class is a gentle yin style yoga stretching for your hips and inner thighs. This practice will involve your hips and inner thighs through an amazing stretching routine.

I like your classes Brett! This class is really good for hip opening. If you can only forbid all advertisements during your videos we would all really appreciate that 🙏🏻. It could be really disturbing if loud music and annoying ad starts to play in the middle of ones pose. Thanks 🙌🏻

Thank you so much for this wonderful class! I'm a college student who tries to balance self- care, personal growth, academics... I sit more than I would care to while I work at home and at school and will definitely make this sequence part of my weekly care! Highly effective for my pains and sensations. However, I do have a question: When doing a pigeon/ thread and needle pose, my right hip tends to be tighter and when I begin to stretch it, it tingles. I stay for another breath or so and then I back out... any suggestions or cautious adjustments I should make?

Too many commercials for such a great video.
HI! Just started your prenatal routine and love it. Question - can you do this routine when pregnant? (21 weeks)
At 21 weeks you might be comfortable doing this one, later in pregnancy I would say no as you are laying on your back for a long time. Prenatal yoga is very dependent on the person, their previous practice level, and their doctor's recommendations. Hope that helps answer your question

Is this work for the reduction of hipp size
I've done this routine twice, on a mat with a blanket over it. It is really comfortable for my legs and hips (I'm able to be right up against the wall) but seems to tense up my lower back muscles & that hurts afterwards. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry it took me so long to respond! I wanted to do the class and see what may be going on ;) So I found that when I was stretching into the inner thighs, I was secretly tensing into my glutes and low back! Don't know if this is what is going on for you, but something to be aware of next time you try the class. Maybe move away from the wall a bit, even though you can get close to it. Hope this helps
Please put the ads at the beginning of the video because it breaks up the continuity of the practice.
Lovely way to end my day after my date flaked on me. The wall never lets me down!
This made me realize that my right left is more flexible than my left. Also, why does my muscles beside my left knee hurtb is it because if stiffness?
Could be stiffness, but if it is really painful see your doctor💖
