With a 0-60 miles an hour in 6.7 seconds, a promised 500+ km range in real-world Indian conditions (potentially over 600 km internationally) and a lifetime battery warranty, Mahindra has clearly raised the bar. They’ve also packed these vehicles with a Snapdragon 8295, the same SoC found in a Mercedes E-Class and a 1400W 16-speaker custom Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos. Honestly I’m confident these will sell like hotcakes. Looking forward for more in-depth insights from car reviews.

I would think they are less complex than ICE cars, but the electronic hardware and the software layers required to run them are more complex than those in many ICEs. Companies like Tesla have made some fundamental changes to manufacturing processes as well, which are also quite complex. So, I am guessing that throwing an EV together is possible, but to make a vehicle that you can sell is equally difficult as an ICE.

I was at the track yesterday and people who got the chance to test drive it were thoroughly impressed. Everyone was like holy cow! they say it’s absolutely incredible for the price.

With a 0-60 miles an hour in 6.7 seconds, a promised 500+ km range in real-world Indian conditions (potentially over 600 km internationally) and a lifetime battery warranty, Mahindra has clearly raised the bar. We Indians design cars with a purpose-to protect our families and ensure safety for generations to come. Our vehicles are built tough, capable of withstanding the diverse climatic conditions India offers, from scorching summers to chilling winters and heavy monsoons. Indian cars are not just about durability; they adapt to every environment, embodying the resilience and versatility of our nation. A testament to innovation that meets the needs of every Indian.
