    This is the only way i was able to feel my left glute targeted, lifting the other leg has never worked for me i only feel my hamstring when doing so

    I've seen other videos show this with the resting leg coming up in the air whereas you have it straight. Does it matter?

      It's for support, if u can do it without support, much better , if not , the leg down won't make much difference
