Wow I was in the gym trying the scoop method today and wasnβt satisfied so i left it. Now Iβm seeing this video after I know what to do next time I do a single leg hip thrust. Thank you x

You can also tuck your chin in and back, and stick to scoop. I still seem to get a full contraction. Looking up could make it easier, but I'm not noticing much physically

I feel this only in my quads no matter how far my feet are out π Maybe my butt is just still too weak

Put two plates under your feet placement and you'll feel your glutes
Lol me too also with hip thrust Iβve tried so many times i didnβt feel them in my glutes I need to glute bridges.!!

it seems to be a great exercise but i always hurt my lower back. i never have that issue with double leg π’ i just canβt execute this right
You can put the leg you're not focusing on further and use it for balance only
