I have no idea how inaccurate some of the riffs are, so please forgive me. This is literally what I figured out on my own and the chorus is definitely not 100%, but it works for me ;)
This was a request for a fellow RUclipsr. Would love to do another with the solo one day and a real amp!

I am Brazilian , I love your work, and the tone of your guitar is very heavy , do not know if it's your style , but would love to see you play tourette 's nirvana since you put so perfect tone on the guitar.

Jacob Rowsell all learned by ear! Haven’t got time for tabs haha also the chorus is definitely played wrong for that reason but it kinda works so I stuck with it! Thanks a lot btw! :)

I'm gonna make my first cover of Unsainted later this evening. Using an ipad and standard mixer. Have an old zoom mrs-4 I'm not sure if it can be interfaced for studio quality like this. Have really good instrument mics tho.

Erkin Khazratkulov D’addario Baritone strings 14-68 gauge - for a long time I’d use 56’s or 58’s but the feel and sound of the 68 is the ticket!

I've got their Wrath logo tattoo'd on my back, I'm a huge fan! I'm obsessed with Slipknot though. That said, thank you very much mate, I love to smash stereotypes. And I'll definitely be doing some Lamb of God soon, had a good few covers before but deleted them like an idiot!

Maciej Bukowski it’s from BIAS AMPS/FX on the iPad, I managed to get hold of a tone-matched Rockerverb MKIII which sounds very similar to Jim Root’s tone - highly recommend it!

Maaaybe one day, but my stuff is never 100% accurate and I feel like I should be spending more time writing my own music than teaching someone else's! But I can't resist doing covers ;)
I know amps are different but what are your general tone settings? I found mics tone but something sounds off
I usually tweak the EQ and recently been adding the equivalent to a Maxon OD-820 pedal in-front of the amp channel. It's all about EQ though man, tweaking like crazy until you hit that sweet spot. But what you're hearing in this video is a tone-matched Orange Rockerverb MKIII from BIAS FX, so it's pretty much in-line with Jim Root's AHIG/Gray Chapter tone. Which is my probably my all-time favourite tone, sounds so fuckin' good!
