Thanks for this great video! Are you twisting your hips, too, during the first exercise? I can't figure out how to twist like you are suggesting without moving my head (I see your head is stable). Can I counter-twist my hips or should hips stay like a statue?

I have not been enjoying regular fitness or yoga my body has been needing something to bring me deeper into the body in new ways. You guys are a God send thank you so much. I did the pain went away immediately. Felt like it just needed a good stretch. You will be surprised the functions in your body just needs a good stretch.
