- 超级美味的三文鱼惠灵顿食谱,有趣亮眼又简单,
在家轻松做精致西餐,讓人驚呼的美味料理!
材料: Ingredients: for 2 servings
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ medium onion, chopped
5 oz fresh spinach(140 g)
1 teaspoon salt, for spinach
1 teaspoon pepper, for spinach
⅓ cup breadcrumb(40 g)
4 oz cream cheese(110 g)
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese(30 g)
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 sheet puff pastry, softened to room temperature
1 salmon fillet
1 teaspoon salt, for salmon
1 teaspoon pepper, for salmon, Dijon mustard to prepare in advance with melted butter, salt n pepper and lemon zest (to brush onto salmon one side, turn over n spoon spinach mixture on the other side).
Fold shorter ends of puff pastry half way onto the salmon. Likewise the other half, brush with egg yolk then fold the lengthwise side to cover the salmon.
