如何蒸出表面光滑的香兰糯米糕, 做法简单
材料: Ingredients:
Serimuka Batik 香兰糯米糕
两粒 鸡蛋 - 2 eggs
100毫升 椰浆水 - 100ml santan / coconut milk
100毫升 水 - 100ml water
1茶匙食用油 - 1 tsp Oil
30克 面粉 - 30 g all purpose flour
30克 奶油冻粉 - 30g custard power
10克 粘米粉 - 10g rice flour
65克 幼糖 - 65g castor sugar
50毫升 班兰汁 - 50ml Vegetables Pandan juice
1~2滴 可食用色素(柠檬黄) - 1~2 drops food colouring（lemon yellow）
1~2滴 可食用色素(青色) - 1~2 drops food colouring（cyan）
70克 黑糯米粉 - 70g Black glutinous rice flour
浸泡3~3½ 个小时 - Soak for 3~3½ hours
130克 白糯米- 130g white glutinous rice
浸泡30分钟 - soak for 30 minutes
35毫升 椰浆水 - 35ml santan / coconut milk
50毫升 水 - 50ml water
半茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
半茶匙油 - ½ tsp Oil
小火蒸30分钟 - Low heat for for 30 minutes
30钟过后 - 30 minutes later
小火蒸20分钟 - Low heat for for 20 minutes
20钟过后 - 20 minutes later
小火蒸20分钟 - Low heat for for 20 minutes
20钟过后 - 20 minutes later

This is a delicious kueh. I always had trouble with the pulut rice because I didn’t know how long to soak! Lol it always come out mushy and too soft thus, not good to eat. Thanks to Theresa for the tips. I will attempt again when I have gotten all the ingredients soon!

Sorry , I just measured my round tray, it's 8" if the recipe is double. Actually 9" also can but will be thinner so basically depends on the individual whether they want thicker or thinner kueh.
