My daughter will be 14 in August. I made her a tutu like this when she was in elementary school to wear to the hospital. She had to have surgery to remove her tonsils. Her colorful tutu was a hit. She loved it and so did the staff at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

I used to do this at dance camp as a teacher’s assistant. This would be a craft the kids could do. We would to the sewing (I thing we tied it) but the kids made the rest of the tutu!
