I'm making infant tutu for friends baby photo prop. Its very soft on newborn skin, if you use bath scrunchie sponges from dollar tree or walmart. Just cut the cord and unravel. Much softer and washable. Thanks for the video and hints and tips.
oh my gosh! i absolutely lovvveee this! my daugter came home from school today with a KINDNESS WEEK paper for next week and monday is "dress up like your favorite super hero" and she loves black panther! so instead of buying a full on costume i thought why not diy it up for her and tutu was the first thing that came to mind and your video popped up! cant wait to get started on this! thank u a bunch for this video!
Does this glitter tulle shed? I bought some glitter tulle to make a skirt last year and I am still trying to get glitter out of the fiber of my sofa cover......🙄😫
